Oh sheesh, there's an extremely 80s looking sneaker guy as well?! Series 2 looks like a ton of fun, the Music Mob, especially Pink Key Pop, are must haves for me.

Oh, wow. AnnoyedRobot, My problem was with someone's inappropriate reply in relation to my opinion about the toys. If you're going to throw your two cents in, try to keep up.

Another reply that counters my opinion and yet remains civil and even funny. Do you see the difference, people?

I like that the sneakerbot is inspired by the Air Jordan 3, all time fav here. I'll wait for a legit elephant print repaint tho. :)

And my point still remains that they're not the only thing in the history of TFs that are non-conventional and still sport the Transformers name and are official products. Just because YOU don't get it or don't like them doesn't mean WE share your opinion. It also doesn't make you the one who has the say so on what is and isn't a Transformer. I think Titaniums are utter garbage by comparison with other lines, but they're official products and people love them. That's their right and mine to say counter. See how that works? No one offended and no one hurt and we both have our say.

You're allowed to express it, we're allowed to respond. You seem to forget that free speech works BOTH ways. You're more than welcome to say something, others are more than welcome to agree with it, just the same as others are allowed to disagree with it and voice their opinion on the matter. See how that works? Regardless of whether or not I agree with your opinion on Botbots, I do wholeheartedly agree that turning your comment into a personal attack against you was crossing a line. It still is, period.

Disagree, agree to disagree, but don't make it personal and that's exactly what the other guy did. It's wrong, period.

And seriously? What is it with people getting all offended because people don't like how they voice their opinion? Or disagree with the opinion itself? No one kicked your puppy, dude. Geez.

He had EVERY right to be serious in the response you quoted. Dude turned it around on him and made it personal, needlessly. If you actually read the thread without reacting before responding you'd have seen that and this post of yours wouldn't need to exist. At this point, you're just as bad as the first guy because you're ganging up on him.

EDIT: @Tony_Bacala I saw your post, I'm not disregarding or ignoring it. My post was being typed as you responded and ended up being posted after the fact. That said, I wasn't personally attacking anyone here, so I made sure to stay on this side of the rules. I just wanted to clarify that I wasn't stepping on your toes here or disrespecting you. My apologies if it came across as such. Not my intention at all.

If someone already said this then I apologize for repeating. But on the TFWiki Botbots page it actually says the stars don’t represent rarity. The represent the floor level they are on for the checklist. Almost like saying “hey let me help you find it on the list”

Easily the most inventive and fun line of Transformers since Animated or Beast Wars. I really hope we get a webtoon for this.

Because Hasbro owns the name and can use it anywhere they wish. If it bombs like Animorphs, it'll disappear forever. If it takes off like Beast Wars, you'll have to deal with people wanting Generations Frostferatu and King Toots. Or just ignore it, because you're literally getting worked up over $3 toy robots.

Well Hasbro claims they’re based on rarity but practically it doesn’t line up

That's kind of like what I've seen a few times at my local Targets. The single-pack Botbots get stolen while the Lost Bots from the larger packs remain untouched.
Now I want a BotBots paperclip with googly eyes. People will love him and/or have rage-induced Microsoft flashbacks at the same time.

Nice that we have hi-res pictures of these guys. I'm looking forward to getting Atomic Freeze when he hits shelves.

Right? Dude gets on here and calls them a "disgrace" then wants to try to play the "they're just toys" line.

Unless their argument is figures exclusive to blind bags (or concealed behind the pod of a pack) are "more rare" because you don't know what you're getting until you open it.

I don't have time now, but I guess you could prove this out by seeing if all of the three star figures are only in blind bags. Compared to a one star figure which is available in at least one multi-pack where you can see them in the bubble.

And then maybe two-star figures are those that're available in multi-packs and blindbags...but they're only available as the "mystery" figure in a pack.
