Disgrace to the Transformers name.

Why use the name, at all? Just call them BotBots, period. I doubt any young kid when asking his or her parents for a "Transformer" has anything like this in mind.

These things continue to be bloody adorable. Good god.

 

It’d be nice to know which 5 packs and 8 packs to get in order to ensure minimal duplicates. This is an awesome list to get started though!

 

I look forward to finding squashed green blisters all over the toy aisles of my local stores with no BotBots inside of them.

BotBots have to be the most ripped off product of the year. The sad thing is how many of the multipacks I find with the single hidden bot missing, which ruins the whole package. 

I found an entire case of BotBots where every single package was opened from the back, bot stolen, reclosed, and put back in the case like nothing was different.

What's weird is I haven't seen a single one like this. At all, since they launched.

 

Mocklate just made my wife, and all other Friends fans really, really happy.

For goodness sake. They're legit Transformers. I buy 'em. My wife has a small collection of them, as well as my son. They're fun. They're no different from Takara Tomy's popsicle kid thing. If you weren't in the know, you wouldn't know he's a Transformer, and yet, here we are.

It's not just you and what you like. Geez.

Dude, comments like these make you no better. Worse, in fact, because you turned it into a personal attack. And no, don't bother editing, I made sure to quote it so a mod or admin can see it. Absolutely unnecessary. You can make your point without getting personal.

Ha. Why are you getting so defensive about these little toys? It's kind of weird; do you feel the need to protect them or are your feelings hurt because you love them so much?

It's an opinion, on a thread about toy robots designed for the purposes of expressing opinion. Trying to shut down view points with which you disagree, by using junior high school level insults is not welcome here.

Pick your battles and learn your context. If I was 7 years old I'd still think these toys were garbage, and this is precisely the appropriate venue within which to express that.

Never did I express that. Did I light of fire over BotBots by expressing a single man's opinion? You agree with me on the inappropriateness of that one comment, but are similarly trying to squash my opinion. If people like these, that's wonderful; enjoy them. I don't like them, I think that a lot of people wouldn't look twice at them if Hasbro hadn't slapped the "TF" name on them, and that's okay. I'm allowed to hold and express that opinion. My lord.
