I would just like to say that Toy Dojo is awesome. I requested that my weathered constructor be shipped to me and arrive on a Saturday and they made it happen. I understand this might not always be possible but the fact that they were willing to try and go out of their way to do so says everything. Thanks again Toy Dojo!!

 

Hey guys, need some help with BULLDOZER; so I was transforming him to robot mode, and when I got to the parts where I swing the arms out, they were working initially until I almost swung it out to 90-degrees (as where they should be) and then they just got stuck! The arms won't budge anymore! Cannot swing them fully out and cannot swing them back together. I tried disassembling the whole torso to see what is wrong and it just seems like they're stuck. I tried WD-40 and that didn't work. See pics below to see the angle they're stuck in... Any one know how to fix this??

and if I try to keep forcing them to swing, it's exerting a lot of force on those two green "pillars" as the whole black shoulder joint is stuck there.

Seriously, ToyWorld?? I drop $500 on this and this is the crappy quality I get???

Its a well known issue. All of us had it. I think its missing springs or something like that (havent received my replacements yet). You forced it too much eh? Contact your vendor, Toyworld is issuing replacements in this case. Though IDK what will happen with the breakage. Tell them to replace your entire section along with the parts they will sent you.

 

Thanks to the revenues generated by TW Constructor we will have a good looking Prime and Predaking.

You have to contact your seller, Toyworld post-sale service is totally useless. Asked for some replacement parts for my V1 Constructor (Concrete chest plate with paint issues, missing pin on Scrapper cub) but never received.

 

Where did you buy him from?
There is a small box kit that came with my set. In that kit it has the replacement parts for him along with some other pieces like Mixmaster’s missiles.

 

Well looky there... THAT'S what that piece was for! Guess TW knew about the problems. I had no idea what that piece was for when I first got it.

I just received one of the newly released green/purple versions (green pants, purple metallic Mixmaster barrel)... and the quality was good... not great.

Scavenger's (aka Unearth) combiner peg (that slides in Hook's shoulder joint) wouldn't completely extend at the base joint of the double joint. No matter what. I didn't want to break it, so I unscrewed everything, flipped it around and screwed everything back in. Not sure what is wrong with it?

 

Mine had terrible hip joints. Unscrewed them and added some lube. Works like a charm now.

 

Goddamn Bonecrusher arm is all effed up on mine....just like most of the others here......waiting for the replacement parts from my vendor....

and it was the very FIRST one i handled outta the set.......a real buzz kill..... 

No matter what i try, it just won't budge.
