Has there ever been an FT toy that has been reissued more than once?

 

Can't recall however I'm no fanstoys expert.

 

If they can reissue Quakewave three (?) times, they can reissue this beauty again.

 

Didn't this one get reissued twice already? I swear there was a reissue that I missed out on because it came at an inconvenient time and then he came out again so I was finally able to snag one.

 

I think some of the standard color FT dinos got reissued more than once.

 

I just picked up Sovereign from a fellow collector in very good used condition with box and all accessories for a fair price.

Just wanted to say that Im totally blown away at the quality of this figure! The weight and feel of him is just nothing at all like the Zeta stuff. I just got Superion and to tell you the truth am a little disappointed at how cheap all the figures feel. I can see why there are so many fan boys for FansToys and I think Im quickly becoming one of them if they keep up their quality. Even with the issues like Phoenix X figure not looking up to spec as it did in the promo shots he's still an amazing figure and much better quality and feeling than other companies out there in my opinion.

If anyone is on the fence about getting Sovereign I say just order him. I couldn't be happier!

I just picked up one off of eBay. It has a small paint chip on the chest, which the seller showed in the photos, but he priced it accordingly, and with the 10% coupon I got it for a hair over $200 shipped. Can anyone identify a paint color to help conceal the chip? It just above the ridge where the Decepticon logo would go so I can't cover it.

 

Cyclonus was fine. Hot rod and arcee though

 

Quietus is much better than Eligos for display and in quality. Rouge displays well sans side gap but I have to see a better alternative. Same story with Hoodlum. I’ve had problems with every company Including Takara but I would rather get the best available and upgrade if possible than stare at empty shelves.

 

I was referring to the paint chipping issues with Cyclonus and Hot Rod. Hot Rod has been known to come out of the box already chipped.

Seriously though, I have read a lot on the Hot Rod being chipped out of the box and a little bit of the Cyclonus being easily scratched. I do plan on picking up these figures still and trying my luck. Im waiting for the reissue of Hot Rod coming up as hopefully there will be some fixing of the hood paint problems but I am on the hunt for Cyclonus from fellow collectors in my local area right now.

I will report back on my fanboy status after I acquire them though!  

Galvatron is an amazing figure though. I do kinda see how some people might not be thrilled with the color but to myself that's just being a little too pickey. Just love it for what it is, a third party company making a knock off, and a damn good one!!

 

Best of luck on Hot Rod and Cyclonus. And I agree that Sovereign is a damn nice figure: he looks magnificent on my TFTM/S3 shelf.

 

Love Sovereign. It is the best representation of Galvatron I could ask for.

I also have a Quietus/Cyclonus on the way. Wasn’t aware of the chest scratching thing....is it bad?
I never would transform him anyways. Strictly a bot guy.

 

If you're never going to transform him you have nothing to worry about. But if you do ever transform him, either unscrew his kneecaps or put something inbetween them and the chest.

I definitely won’t though. I know it’s odd to have transformers but never transform them but I am happy to see them be transformed on YouTube and just keep my figure in bot mode.

Only figure so far I’ve transformed is Giga Power Guttur...but that’s because he started out in Alt mode.
