Took a chance with seller mondaytsunday, who only had 23 feedback when I purchased a $70 figure on March 5th. The figure arrived yesterday, 15 days later. In that time the seller is up to 37 positive feedbacks. Fig was packed in the typical fashion - soft styrofoam coffin and yellow tape.

Would buy from again.

XTB Savant. Their eBay seller name in my post is a link to their eBay page. They only have 20 listings at the moment.

 

It's all about the fake monthly quota numbers game business' play. Show Inflated sales now to please the stockholders... The loss numbers will "fix itself" next month. And ebays sellers fees collection is once a month, so they think they are still getting sellers fees from the scammers, so they keep the account open until it is reported to them that the scammers account is dry..
The faster way is to report the sellers item to ebay, with the "report item" link so it is investigated.. Once the account is flagged, you can use that in your refund dispute

 

superstuff886 on eBay anyone had dealings with this one? has some stuff I wouldn't mind getting a lot cheaper than everyone else on eBay but that's kind of red flagging it for me

This is what i have been saying all along before some have tried to condemn me for it :/ it is the easiest and fastest way to go. i just did it again twice a few days ago with an eBay rep. over-riding the system to process the refund quicker where you don't have to wait until after the delivery date window closes.

I also told and emailed eBay about this forum and particularly this thread and their management is now researching your own eBay sellers lists to improve their quality controls. I also suggested to them to immediately post all current and open disputes (with filing dates) on seller's storefront pages so that if one goes rogue and gets many dispute filings posted publicly in the last week or few days then that will deter a new customer from buying an item from him and getting scammed again. Whether they will improve on their site with more open data exposure like this remains to be seen.

I ordered it and paid straight away for it on the 12th or March. So that was Tuesday last week. I received it on the 21st or March, and that was yesterday. But I actually got a shipping notification on the 15th or March and tracking shows it has been posted with CNE on the same day. That is a very impressive service. It was that fast both time I ordered from one day bid and from ShowZ when they used that CNE shipping company.

Ha, I've got to remember that Slowpak seems to respond to my coming to the forum and complaining. I mentioned the other day that I'd had a package from HZJ401 that had spent more time by far in the US than it had crossing the sea and in China. And I mentioned that a package shipped later from Netclow was threatening to pass it.

Well, the Slowpak one seems to have just not been updating its status. It went from in customs to delivered. There was absolutely no update in between. I looked at the status yesterday and it showed as delivered. Sure enough it was in my PO Box.

The one from Netclow (Iron Factory Mirage - which wasn't shipped Slowpak) was still much faster. It got here today. Shipped on the 12th. I don't know what kind of shipping he used - it was a different tracking number than usual but it apparently has rocket fuel involved.

Anyway, unsurprisingly both sellers delivered and I got what I ordered. No beads, coins, or tiny rocket launchers.

 

New arrival from one*day_bid, one broken piece in box contacted seller will keep posted if they help me out or not, struggling with this one instructions aren't very clear and balancing him on his feet is a chore, haven't done the upgrade kit that came with it yet so pics are just as it came out of box

yes he tried to scam me on a Wei Jiang Blackout or "Hide-Shadow" by saying that Set A was the Hasbro Studio Series SS-08 model and only the Wei Jiang model was Set B. But that isn't true since there is both a Set A and Set B from Wei Jiang being exactly the same barring the extra Desert Scene - (soldiers, car, tower, platform) on Set B. And another unfortunate buyer just became a victim of this same false advertisement as per his negative review ...and 13 negative reviews this past month I might add. The seller might get away with this with eBay since he posts images of both manufacturer's model in the same advertisement.
