You realize that each leg has a flap that was purposefully opened to show the hands?
With the flap closed you don’t see much of the hand.

I believe that is an old screenshot. The most recent version of this figure has more of the combiner hand covered up by a flap.

 

A different mould. The toy one was the first they've shown off, and Paik's video (earlier in the thread) shows it off too.

It appears to be pinned, hence why it isn't an interchangeable piece.

Dammit... PSX's shipping is bloody slow and expensive too. Guess I'll have to go with ShowZ after all.

The flaps are folded down the inner sides in that photo, so they're still there.

 

I haven't seen an answer and excuse my ignorance this would be my first MMC, but is this the first release of these figures going to be the toon colors? How tall is it expected to be and why is it considered too small for some? Personally I love that they are trying to actually do a combiner correctly with no cheap pants parts forming gimmicks.

 

Yes. And so far only Onslaught of planned for toy colors.

Because it won't be as big as Constructor. Which has somehow become a more important requirement for being an MP combiner than having limbs with the correct alt mode.

I was at TFCon, so I can attest to the presence of the flap. However, "much" is subjective. I could still see the fingers sticking out and it's a bit jarring for me.
