Yeah, but FP grossly mismanaged that first set, and its overpriced shells. Zeta isn’t in such a position:/

Agreed about Zeta. It's KFC and X2 I'm calling out on not following through on filling holes in our collection that other companies don't seem to be interested in doing. They'd do better to finally deliver on these bots then say being yet another contender in the MP Optimus Wars.

KFC might eventually make them but I'd expect them to redesign them at this point.

As for X2, I think they gave up and moved on after their Fastlane and Cloudraker weren't exactly amazing nor successful.

I am astounded that someone is actually making this. No actual interest in buying it myself, but to see Raiden getting attention brings a smile to my face - I love it when the less-loved figures get some love. (awkard sentence is awkard).

Megatron: Officecons, merge for the kill!

    Daniel: Kup, Hot Rod, look!

    Kup: Organizor!

Organizor: PREPARE FOR YEARLY INVENTORY REVIEW!

Thinking about this Raiden is getting me hyped for the liokaiser that we now know for SURE is coming. Ever since I saw that fan custom liokaiser I've needed one

Ok so pseudo-realism/toy-accuracy is their thing but on occasion they'll take influence from the cartoons if it improves the overall figure. Got it. These MP combiners are all starting to look the same to me and as I said I'm not paying much attention to who's making what.

Right yeah. And that would be cool. If I can like a yellow devastator more than a green one I might be down for a mixed batch Raiden.

Yeah the construction robo has two versions. Mostly window colours and mixmaster and hook are blue.

Okay so having a look at him again there could be some differences done in terms of making the figure specifically toy accurately for a set or toon for whichever. Cause if you see the cartoon one has a lot more simplistic design in the vein of Bruticus.
    upload_2019-3-22_7-25-55.jpg

However the toy one is a lot more distinctive in its chest with clearly showing who turns into what. Also the copious sticker details. Maybe it’s possible they could do something like that.

And even on individual members like Shouki both version have specific differences.

I dunno just thought I’d think about it since it seems entirely possible.

I mean yeah. But either way I just hope they make a boxset one that caters to the other style they didn’t do.
Well I mean yeah I want him to be an imposing fortitude of strength but are you sure you want a literal stack of rectangles?

Organizor, truly the most terrifying of Combiners.

No, seriously, paperwork will kill you, and he's weaponized it.

It's produced, very hard to find decent images though, all very low-res from yesteryear T_T

Well, no, more specifically (and what I forgot to mention previously), they did a poll on Weibo for the heads of the last two or three Aerialbots and "cartoon" barely beat out "toy" (and, if I remember correctly, there were less than 20 votes for each, nor did they ask any of the western fans, so it wasn't really a good poll).
I suppose it depends on how it combines. If they use a big torso piece like their previous combiners, I wouldn't be surprised if it's an all-grey piece, but if not, I assume it'll look more like the toys.

Shouki looks basically the same though. They've just made the proportions a bit better and smoothed out some of the angles and such. I think they'll probably stick close to the toys because it's still close enough to the animation.
That's what Raiden is, so I hope so.
