I have Motor pre-ordered with TFSource.

My brother, who does not collect TF, saw Sarge and Katana in my collection last Saturday and liked these figures so much he purchased both that day.

A crude translation shows GT shutdown their weibo page in January, with no updates since. Wonder wtf is going on there?!

From what I heard, they removed themselves from social media to focus on production

that's like the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The whole company doesn't have to focus on one thing or the other. It literally takes one intern to update a website every week or so with a sentence or two and maybe a picture of what's going on. If they're really feeling frisky, they might take the time to answer an occasional email.

Ahhh ok mystery solved, looks like people were abusing the owner. The translation is funny, but looks like the guy had enough.

Yea there were some very vocal individuals that really hated GT stuff. They started a smear campaign alleging that GT paid ppl to post positive comments on their weibo. It went on for a while until GT finally had enough and shut their official weibo channel.

That sucks, even GT stuff I'm not interested in always looks amazing. Trust people to ruin the one place they use to reveal new stuff.

They need to hire a PR department. They get paid to filter this kind of shit so the designers and owners can get on with their jobs.

I got a second hand Seargant yesterday in a lot of weird and loose TFs. This guy is really a lot of fun. Very creative and intuitive transformation. Everything tabs in well.
And the kibble is incorporated into his bot mode in a logical way.

It's so nice to have a well made non-falsie non-backpacky Transformer that is actually fun to transform and play with in both modes. A definite breath of fresh air.

It's moments like this that I'm reminded that MAYYYYBBBEEE our little board isn't the only place these designers consider their primary market.

Yeah well, I'm ready for these guys to start releasing figures again. The design on this is dope and the quality of each figure I have is good enough. He's going in combined mode to go toe to toe with Gravity Builder. Yeeeee.

That's why I like GT so damn much. Their figures dont generally have fake out transformations and they keep the kibble to a minimum

Is it likely that at some point in the future someone will OS this? it'd look small next to Jinbao Devastator?

Weibo's been closed for a long time. Their Groove seems to be in development for the past 4-6 months. There was about 8 months between the 1st and 2nd releases. I've heard that TCP is expecting Groove in-stock this month.

Whew scared me for a sec. It's one of my favorite companies. It's a shame that they had to go this route. Don't everybody receive hate on the internet?
