Is anyone ever tried to make an offline version of Transformers Universe after shutdown? I really loved the game. This game was my life. Best game i ever played. May be it's off-topic, but after cancellation of Need for Speed: World, some people succeeded to make the game online again and they created their own servers. Would be nice the same for Transformers Universe.

 

I loved Transformers: Universe, also one of my favorite games. Such a shame it went down the drain... so much potential...

From what I remember hearing last, the guy who was working on the offline version actually succeeded in making a playable offline version of the game, but was worried about potential negative reactions from Hasbro or Jagex so ended up stopping development before getting an online component created and he never shared his work to the public.

I'm with you, though. I loved Transformers Universe. My avatar is Doubletake, my real life car is a white Mustang with an autobot logo and DBLTAKE license plate, and I've been working on creating my own Transformers Universe custom figures here. I miss this game almost every day.
