Rear legs i mean, because mine has 2 left legs

I would love to make a trade to fix mine... A G1 junker could work, as long i dont need to sell a kidney for it!

Ouch! Where did you buy yours? Perhaps discuss a replacement?

That's what scares me about ordering from HLJ. Sure, they're cheaper than BBTS, but Big Bad takes care of issues like this better than any other store out there. They'll buy the toy at a higher price just to give you the parts if they have to. That makes them worth the higher prices. I've been burned by a couple of smaller stores when there were problems.

It's not really their fault though it's Takara's.

    agreed.

also.. sometimes the language barrier is difficult to get around.

i'll probably never buy domestically released figures from BBTS.. but for imported figures.. that's usually where i wind up going.

i wish takara was easier to get in contact with. i feel like a lot of these problems could be solved by just contacting the company and mailing/receiving replacement parts.

though.. i should say, back when mp03 was released, i bought one from robotkingdom and when it arrived it was missing the tip of his index finger.. so, robotkingdom sent me a an entire new hand/wrist for free. so.. while bbts has the best customer service i've come across, the other sites out there are pretty good as well.

There were SOOO many QC issues with Encore Fortress Maximus. It almost made me cry when I realized I was going to have to ship back the first one I got from BBTS because there were SOOOOOO many defects. Makes me hope the upcoming Trypticon reissue doesn't have similar problems.

Considering this is a necro-thread, though...you do realize that earlier this year, BBTS sold a bunch of parts from the returned Fort Maxes on Ebay, including spare Cerebrosi?
