Megacon in May 2019

    Now that they've announced Frank and Peter, I'm definitely going. I wonder if they'll get any other G1 voice actors to appear too.

    The main reason why we decided to go was to get Frank signature on a few items but autographs for those two or only on Thursday

    I'll be there for Frank and Peter. As an FYI, Peter is only there Thursday (which is going to make for a nightmare, since EVERYONE who has either the Peter or Peter/Frank package will have to be there for it on Thursday), but Frank is Thurs/Fri I think.

    I know in the past they've had one or two other TF voice actors there. I believe last year they had Michael Bell, and it was either last year or the year before, they had Maurice LaMarche and Rob Paulsen. Megacon always feels like they lean more towards anime or current Cartoon Network shows when it comes to their voice acting guests, as opposed to older shows. Perhaps by having Frank and Peter though, they may try and get a few more vintage actors. Here's hoping, although I feel like I've gotten most of the living G1 voice actors through the recent TFCon (assuming my autograph order went through).

    Hi everyone ,

    Im new to conventions in general but Im thinking about Megacon 2019 bc I live in Tampa.

    I had a question about going to the con and getting an autograph from Peter vs ordering one through their autograp hmail in service.

    1) If I buy a autograph for $60 as listed, do they let you talk for a few minutes or is it just 30 seconds and wham?

    2) They offer an autograph mail in service that claims that you can get an item signed and mailed back to you if you send it to them by May 6th? The cost is around $105-110. If I cant make it to the con itself, is this a good alternate option or is it a scam?

    Truth be told, Im not really interested in the con itself , just possibly getting something signed by Peter. Part of me is worrying if I go to the con and wait in line and NOT get an autograph, it would just be a waste of money. Going on Friday and 1 ticket is pushing $95 bare minimum and not that much different tan the mail in option.
