My personal inconsistency has no end!

After a lot of internal debate and deliberation, I've decided that skipping out on the deluxe size class of this line, while not an easy decision, is ultimately the best thing to do. I might go in on some of the good ones later like Hound, Skytread, Ironhide, or Chromia, but for now I'm passing on them.

This is what I've decided to do in the meantime. While my initial plan was to get Hound, Skytread, and the air strike micromasters in a couple days when I get payed, I'm intead going to hold out for about four additional weeks (maybe five, depending on if TFS shipping can be five bucks or less) and then get Ultra Magnus and Shockwave. After that I'll save up to get the wave two voyagers, and finally save and wait for the wave 3 leader, commander, and titan.

 

That’s awesome. Will any deluxe vehicles fit completely inside the trailer?

 

Sporty cars fit. Sideswipe fits. Hound will hit the “cabinets” on the wall. That classics bumblebee fits.

Sometimes I forget 'Crisis of Command' wasn't written by Furman. It's such a classic slice of TF:UK fiction. Recreating the Ravage/Hound stuff from the cartoon certainly sucked me in a bit.
One day I'll get a CHUG Ravage that I actually like. One day.

scored Ironhide and Sixgun yesterday. No photos yet. Ironhide has these flimsy plastic flaps on the side of his legs that come off to easy. Sixgun is great.
I passed on Chromia cuz I'm happy with my current Generations Chromia. Dont need so many fembots as the same vehicle.
And Prowl was passed on. I wanted a wait and see, but geeze he is way too dumpy in his proportions. His mid section is too short. He needs atleast a quarter inch. I'm happy with my Combiner Wars Prowl taking up that space.

 

it's very likely 1 of the holes for the nubs on the flaps is too small.
they'll sit more securely if you widen that hole a little.

with mine the top hole on 1 side and the bottom hole on the other side were too small.

 

Ironhide was the same for me. I didn't have any good tools to fix it, and just used a small drill bit just to shave the edge of the holes. I can tell it's a little too tight, but it fits much better now.

 

Man he needs some lower leg fillers bad!

I like the overall look but that is hella bad.

Back to topic, I will finally open up my first siege figure tonight. Bought Ultra Magnus and Shockwave a while back and think I might pop open Magnus finally. Been a while since I just kicked back and messed with my shelves.
