Well got muh batteries covered. Never really cared much for electronics, but I'm kind of digging the light up features.

Does anyone know what the last line refers to? Were some of the accessories exclusive to early pre-orders or something?

 

I think that it may be that Megatron doesn't come with a display base from what I remember. I could be totally wrong on that!

The list has three payment option, full price, deposit and balance. this item has been pre-sold out already, the only available option/attributes of the list is "balance", which gives the customers to pay off the balance who placed a deposit preorder. Sorry for the confusion it has caused. I believe it's the word "attributes" caused confusion

Yup sadly he doesn't appear to come with a stand, only the adapters for him to use Dinobot's....is this insanity? Yup! but it is what it is.

 

I wonder if that means Blackarachnia won't include one either even though they first show her on one. I was kinda hoping to cover my Beast Wars shelf in my Detolf with these panels.

That said if anyone knows where I can find the panels/stands separately, let me know!

I think they will include one with Blackarachnia, even if the one her prototype is displayed with is simply parts from the Dinobot's and Tracks' stands cobbled together, only because it's needed to use the web accessory effectively. The fact Megatron does not appear to come with one suggests they might leave it out of future large releases, releases where they feel less need to 'pad it out' to justify the price or just drop it as and when they see fit in that typically unpredictable fickle TT way we all know and love?

 

What would you recommend?

That's a shame, especially since I don't have Dinobot and am not particularly interested in him. I don't want to go down the Beast Wars rabbit hole, but Megatron here just looks too glorious to pass up!

 

I bought two MP-43's from Megalopolis and three MP-44's (2 from TCP and 1 from BBTS).
I think it's the repressed childhood trauma from missing out on all of the MP-10 drops.
I'm shaken.
I hope Megalopolis doesn't go out of business before they ship me my Megatrons.

B) TT appears not to understand this logic, which is a bummer for any Megatron collectors or people not so fussed about collecting the entire line out there. Clearly Megatron is designed to interface with the stand...he should therefore come with one.

My preference is for a clear stand, its less intrusive and doesn't impose an aesthetic upon you like Donbot's does. Tamashii stage stands are a good shout they do a variety for differently sized figures.

 

I'm waiting until TT reissues Dinobot so I guess I'll be out of a stand until Blackarachnia. 'Tis what it is.

Are you gonna have MP-43 as a stand-alone awesome purple transforming T-Rex, or will you get a monkey bot to face off against him?

 

Any Tamashii in specific? searching on ebay revealed A LOT of different options.
