@Tiller It's just a generic 1:6th scale figure stand. I honestly don't even remember if it had a brand or anything some it's just a copycat of the hot toys ones.

This might be a bit random, but I've been thinking of getting Buster Stealthwing and using him as Zardak, the Decepticon Warlord, in my collection.

 

Aaaaaanyways, I'm tempted to get this guy just to put all the red parts onto stealthwing. Do you have both on hand to swap the thrusters/cannons @Kuma Style?

 

General statement; I asked for pic requests before I got this in hand, even because with the pace that I get things in and have to change things out on my table and shelves for reviews/photography it's a straight up pain to go back after the fact and fulfill requests.

This guy looks so good... I don't even regret passing on the black version. Honestly, I find the only thing where the black has a leg up on the white version is the armor mode. But even then, the white armor is really growing on me.

Can't wait for this guy to get released. The wait is killing me.

 

Jetfire was never one of my favorite character die to the somewhat plain color scheme. I think the black accents we have here do a TON for to break up all that white. Really looking forward to getting this in hand.

I had a chance to get Buster Wings ( Sky and Stealth ) in hand recently. I gave some heat to these figs and threw a little crap their way cause I didn't like the design effort when it came out based on the release photos.
I like to think I can admit when I am wrong and not a hypocrite.

That said. I feel I was wrong and need to give some daps to these figures. I do agree with Kuma a little about the color palette. The choices aren't really wrong or not complimentary, but they can make the wrong parts look small and visa versa. I think that was what threw me a little, but they are really great figures in a lot of ways. They are way bigger than I thought. Very poseable. They look better in person. Have some heft and weight. Maketoys quality, ( which is a constant usually imo ), And they are just a lot of fun for the price. I have to actually say I would even want one. Just want to be fair to a figure I think I originally misjudged. Another great Maketoy.

 

Yeah, no kidding. I stumbled upon this thread and this guy looks awesome. I don't like my CHUG figs to look slavishly G1 toon like the Siege one, but it has to be better than that the KO feeling Generations one.

I wonder if TFCon charges sales tax. I've been unable to get a straight answer on this. All I've heard is "cash is king". So I am guessing if you pay cash, there's no sales tax?

 

All i’ll say is they “supposed” to charge tax on all purchases
