If I had to guess a few, I'd say maybe Burgertron, Professor Wellread and Unilla Icequeencone

 

Well, for me it’s gotta be Unilla. She’s definitely the boss.

 

Still want botbots with the decepticon symbol. Hasbro is biased.

 

It almost seems like the Spoiled Rottens could or would serve as a baddies faction ... Ya know , a good premise for a cartoon for these guys could be that the main focus on the show could revolve around the Lostbots , and their interactions with the the other tribes .?

 

Though I can't say I've seen Hasbro overtly list who is the boss of each team think the bios tell you thus :

(Shed heads) Major Lee Screwge is large and in charge! And also very, very loud. He will always lead his troops on missions to cause mayhem, but will always fail in sneak attacks since his enemies can hear him shouting orders from miles away.

(Backpack Bunch) Thanks to the power of energon radiation, a normal book full of knowledge was brought to life and became the super-intelligent robot bookworm Professor Wellread. He is the most well-read of the BotBots, though that's because the other BotBots can't read, and the only book he has read is himself. The Prof banded together with other new BotBot brainiacs from the store where he was created to form the brainy and cool Backpack Bunch.

I can't tell from the Bios who would be in charge of the Greaser gang it could be Spud Muffin or Su' Dawg or possibly someone as yet unreleased like Sir Botcha.

(Jock Squad) While he is the quarterback of the Jock Squad, Laceface also knows how create a winning play. He knows who needs to go where, what they need to do, and when they should go there. Unfortunately, the rest of his team doesn't pay attention, so his carefully laid out plans don't end up working as he'd hope.

Laceface could be in charge but there is more to come so one of them ultimately one of them could be the leader of the Jock Squad.
Laceface's bio could imply a 1st officer like role.

(Sugar Shocks) An ice cream sundae brought to life by the power of energon, Unilla Icequeencone has joined forces with the other members of the Sugar Shocks and occasionally serves as a versatile steed for fellow candy 'bot Sippy Slurps. She is true royalty, and as such, has many, many titles, ranging from "Queen of the Icebox" to "Mother of Frostbite". All hail Unilla Icequeencone!

(Techie Team) The hacker extraordinaire, Raddhaxx is the bot in the command center that finds the info and uses that knowledge to tell the others what to do. He is referred to as "the bot in the chair", even though he's comfortable standing.

As for Toilet troop it is a bit vague it could be Sudsbeard is in charge as it states No Be Oh is loyal to them but it could also be Sgt. Scrubadub.

Thus :

Ten-hut, soldier! Sergeant Scrubadub is the platoon leader that leads the charge against the fight against filth and grime! He leads his troops to keep the bathroom squeaky clean. There is nothing too dirty to scare him from doing his duty!

Yo ho! Yo ho! A pirate's life for Sudsbeard, the most-feared pirate of the bathroom, who has sailed all around the sink! Any that dare to cross him should expect to walk the plank!

Nobeeoh is basically a bloodhound when it comes to sniffing out stinky smells. Loyal to the pirate Sudsbeard, Nobeeoh tracks down the source of anything and everything that reeks.

Unfortunately, that often ends up being Stinkosaurus Rex, whose limited grasp of the concept of "personal space" often means misfortune for Nobeeoh.

Except for when a particular leadership role is stated I'd say its subject to change who is in charge on some of the teams - perhaps with newly added characters taking that role.

I’m just annoyed that I can only like this once!

 

My boyfriend came to pick up his gifts. The Botbots have started sinking their dainty little claws into him, now that he has one of his own. He thought he just wanted Cuddletooth, the Hedge Trimmer and S.A. Cheez and he'd be good. But now he's taking second looks and deciding he likes Dr. Moggly, Unilla Icequeen Cone, Sippy Slurps and Duderoni. Mwahaha!

He likes his S.A. Cheez a lot.

 

You sir , actually have my full support for this .. very good idea , with the whole making Sudsbeard the over all leader , with The Meanie Nobeeoh being the equivalent to BW Scoroonok .. Srgt scrub-A-Dub being a second, third in command ? And Stinkasaurus Rex being the equivalent to G1 Grimlock and so fourth... I love it

I know, just a thought ... It seems to be the only Subgroup whith not one smiling bot , all Debby downers ... Hahaha ... A simple , amusing idea .

I haven't really appointed any leaders among mine. They're grouped up with other toys and just doin their own thing in my comics and photos, so to speak. I probably will eventually, depending on who I get.

 

ONE Remorsel to rule them all!!! Of course he's the only Botbot I have right now so he kind of just sits on his Lego thrown just shouting orders at himself............which he ignores. It's a very tired cycle of futility..........yeah........need to get more Botbots.

I don't LET mine have leaders... keeps the mischief way down.   Of course, keeping them locked down helps too... LOL

 

Well, there is Skillz Punk, who has both on him, with a different color on each side of the cartridge. Not the usual Autobot/Decepticon colors, but still, that implies some sort of dual-nature to him.
