Dammit, I really want to pre-order Swoop but I just can't afford him at the moment and it looks like I'm officially out of time...  

I really hate pre-order bonuses, and I hate how the flame effect parts are exclusive to the metallic versions. I too tried to buy them separately (just Guttur's, when Grassor was new, I believe) but they told me at the time that they had no more. I really hope they make them available again. Hell, I'll buy a pack of the flame effect parts. I'll probably display my Dinobots with them too, so they matter to me...

 

Is there an estimation for when he'll ship?

How long has it been? 4 1/2 years now since Gaudenter was announced? I didn't mind the wait, and ya there's prolly gonna be another month wait or so. But I'm excited to see him join the Dinobot party soon enough.

I committed to collecting Gigapower Dinos years ago when there was just only Gutter. It was a minor risk, but I hoped GP wouldn't disappear and leave the line unfinished.

Fanstoys was a big deal as I pondered over what line to buy... they were clearly more established and a lot of well deserved praise was hitting their own Dinobots.

But I'm glad to be on the Gigapower train ride, every release has impressed. The shelf presence gets me every time. After Gaudenter, just one more release to finish out the team!

 

I received the payment notice too from ShowZ and paid it off to lock in the price.

 

Going by Chosen Prime's calender Gaudenter is scheduled for May,whether or not he is delayed again or not nobody knows,but seeing as he's been pushed 2 or 3 times the past 6 or 7 months from September 2018 to January and now to May I pretty much have accepted it,when he's released I will start getting excited,but not till then.

Maybe they're just being conservative after what happened with them and Silver Arrow? I mean, we saw photos of Gaudenter in production before CNY. For whatever reason they didn't finish before the holiday, but the impression I got was that they were extremely close. Personally I've been hearing March 15th. That seems oddly specific, but I definitely expect him to be out in China by the end of the month and hopefully in my hands by early April.

Not always. FT for example is now sending out stuff to non-asian sellers first.

 

I'm not counting any of my chickens until they're hatched and I have Gigapowers Swoop and Grimlock in hand.

Fanstoys/PerfectFusion has cancelled the X version of Cesium which has left a lot of collectors in the lurch. These things can happen .

 

About another 6 months or so before we get the Metallic I'd imagine.

 

We need a Slag metallic version re-issue soon.....

 

I want the Chrome.

 

I'm still waiting on the remaining silver thighs and horns for Slag that were promised. We also need the remaining flame accessories. These were promised with Superator I believe. Definitely want that throne.

 

They promised to include some flame effects with the reissue of Chrome Guttur but nada.

 

Same with Zeta. US and Europe have completed Kronos (Superion) whereas Taobao sellers haven't got the last bot yet.

Some Taobao sellers appear to have Gaudenter in stock now with full price listings. My seller says they'll have their stock imminently. This is my last figure to complete season 1 cartoon Austbots and Decepticons. What to do after this?!  

 

Got the email to pay up for a preorder for this. Does that mean it is shipping soon? I hope so!
