So a year delay from the origibal ETA. I'm relatively new to 3P but they all seem to overstretch on these release dates. I'd much rather have an honest expectation. I'd still pre-order...

 

I think the delay is about the factory they want to use to make their figures. All these 3P companies essentially “share” manufacturing companies. They all have to schedule time based on when the factory is available. All the figures we see are of test shots to close to final production models.

I know the schedule is very tight as the factories they use, manufacture many other things.

 

They had many quality control errors. Many batches were discarded as far as I was able to read in the Chinese forums. And I believe now they have their own factory. And currently that one is producing some fine products. D16 henry was produced in the new one and I have not read a single problem - besides a wobbly head.

 

That is awesome that they have their own now. Might have to pick up Henry in support and see how the new quality for myself.
