Flywheels stares at Flywheel for a few minutes and tries to figure out how to kill the guy who stole his name. Then he gives up and goes back to arguing with himself like he always does.
    Road Rage or I riot.

It's clearly a pencil mustache, which is accurate to the Cars 5 version of the character.

I noticed it but I'm pretty sure it's just that the feet need to be slid up further. I could be wrong though - perhaps the gap is necessary for clearance to rotate the feet.
Hell no, Rodimus and Hot Rod have their issues (and MP-09 Rodimus is definitely a QC nightmare in some regards), but Tracks is just a shitshow. Both Rodimus and Hot Rod (don't know which one you were actually referring to) hold together fine and look fine, barring some issues.

Tracks can't hold together well at all - the shoulders tab into the chest but pop out every time you move the shoulders. The backpack is a pain in the ass to tab in properly but even once you eventually get it tabbed in properly, it'll still pop out easily (usually when you move the shoulders and pop the whole thing apart). The entire torso isn't just a hollow mess, but it's a mess that can't even hold together properly if you want to pose him.
His knees are a loose mess unless you fix them yourself. The bonnet doesn't close properly unless you leverage it in a very specific (and unintuitive) way - putting the front down first, then gently moving the back into place.
His head is too big and he has no neck, with a rather naff face too - at least Hot Rod's somewhat small head looks okay by itself and has a pretty good face, and he has a proper neck and collar section too. And that's putting aside the fact that the head is on a little platform that doesn't sit in place - it's held in place by friction (which only works until you breathe on him and then it droops again) and pegs into all of nothing.
The wings are too big and have nowhere dedicated to sit in robot mode so you've just gotta angle them in a satisfactory way and hope the shoulders don't smack into them and unclip everything again.
Transforming Tracks is also a pain because the backpack and wings always feel like they have to be bent around other parts to get them to where they need to go.
Tracks also has crap articulation. His arms can't even get to a 90° bend. That's pathetic.
Oh, and his big gun is included with a separate figure (Road Rage). That's lame.
The ONLY thing Tracks has going for him is his vehicle mode. It's pretty nice (provided the bonnet isn't sticking up, as it usually does).
He isn't fun to play with, his robot mode doesn't look very good (at least from the waist up) and he's just poorly designed compared to the others.
I was hopeful for the first post-Hasui Masterpiece figure, but TakaraTomy underdelivered with Tracks in so many ways.

MP-09 has his issues but he looks good and the engineering works (at least until something on him explodes).
MP-28 has wide shoulders, chrome that wears off easily (mine seems to have lasted longer than most but it's finally starting to wear off) and ankles that are looser on some copies than others but ultimately could have been better overall. His chest is oddly shaped. He has a big (but not huge) backpack. But he holds together fine and has a ton of articulation. He's relatively fun to play with.

As far as I'm concerned, Tracks is the worst Masterpiece figure ever made. I truly think MP-5 is more fun (if easier to damage because of all the small tabs).
I fully admit I wanted a good Tracks figure for years and that this one let me down, but the Reveal the Shield Tracks is easily a superior figure, at least as far as the quality of the design goes, and that's a fraction of the price.
