So Transform Element starts out with one rock solid release and we're just going to assume that means they can do any character better than the competition? There are a lot of characters I'd like to see next but I don't particularly care whether it's TE or MS or XTB or FT or whoever, just as long as they're done well.

 

I'd love to see a good Rodimus.

Starscream. It hasn't been done to my satisfaction yet. Prowl and Soundwave are good as-is and the other choices are not nearly as important as Starscream.

 

Oh yeah. Astrotrain is a big, obvious need and honestly shouldn't be all that hard to pull off. And in spite of MT's offerings, I still do think the Seekers haven't been done definitively in 'cartoon style' yet. Magic Squares' execution of Prime's curved leg lines makes me feel like they would NAIL the Seekers' 'not quite boxy' looks

 

Best tf figure eva? Lol.. Wow, that's pretty high praise... No at all setting things up for disappointment.

While I can appreciate the requests to redo characters, I'd prefer they do any character that hasn't been done before. If they do it well, I'll buy it. I mean, at this point with so many main figures done, I think alot of us are just looking to poss away our money on something cool tf related. It's alot easier to convince me to open my wallet for a well done bench player character than try to sell me on yet another round of seekers or another slightly better version of a character I already have.

 

Yeah I stand by best ever for me. My favorite character with the most iconic design. A genius transformation that manages to hide all the kibble. Colors that pop. It’s nearly perfect. Thigh swivel, one more ratchet click up on those hips,no molding for the autobot symbol, and remove the little rivets and it would be absolutely perfect. But as is-my favorite TF of 35 years of playing and collecting. It does set expectations enormously high for the follow-up. I’m hoping they can Empire Strikes Back it but I’d settle for Temple of Doom-ing it.

They already did. TE designer is the same guy who designed DX9’s Mightron.

So for me that gives hem one hit (TE) and one miss (Mightron).
That’s a long way from the new “Messiah” that some seem to be trying to paint them as.
Each to their own of course but personally I need at least one or two more figures out of them before I judge their abilities.

 

I voted Prowl but, need a Perceptor.

Astrotrain!! Why does chigur remain unchallenged?!

 

Okay, so if we are gonna entertain an Astrotrain TE figure, might as well make the case for it. Here is the best thread to do so, but at the end of my post, I want to pose something special I would love to see TE give us fans..

So, here's the deal. There have already been some Figures of Astrotrain made.

If TE does an Astrotrain, then they should follow up very quickly with a Blitzwing. The two are a package deal. The triple changers tended to hang together.. for those of us who watched the series. Don't forget that when the Triple changers first hit the scene, Blitzwing and Astrotrain were always together.







Now, My hope is that if Astrotrain does come from TE, that they do a proper and badass Blitzwing to go along with him..


I also hope they put the airlock where Starscream ejected Megatron from. Remember that Astrotrain somehow has Gold on him as well.

Honestly tho, I am a big fan of TE. They are the next FT.. They actually listen to the fans and offer upgrades for their figure. Heck I wouldn't mind seeing them tackle any one of these characters.. particularly Rodimus Prime!!


Okay, but here is one thing I would love to see.. A rather large possibly 12 inch display with 6-7 inch wide and LED lit Optimus Prime Matrix Chamber with display stand that is just this!! (ironically TE managed to do a great version of that with their Optimus Prime rendition already.. I'm definitely now a fan, and I haven't even owned their TE-01 yet! Tho I am getting the 2.0)


Make This!! I will proudly display it in the middle of my TF display!! give it a sound box, that says 35 phrases from the movie.

That is my ultimate request. Give me a MATRIX STORAGE Chest replica of Prime's internal chest, with light up Matrix that can also be removed and pulled apart, tho not all the way, to revel the matrix gem in the middle, as you pull the shell apart, the interior gem lights up and glows brightly and pulsates. That would be awesome!!

I voted Soundwave, but I could just as easily go for Perceptor.....something attainable with a quick turnaround. Either way, I’m excited to see what’s next for TE.

 

Perceptor, Astrotrain, or (wild shot in the dark)Animated Omega. I need a G1 looking Perceptor and Astrotrain. Or somebody to upsize Fancy Cell Transportation Captain. Soooo close to MP scale. But Perceptor first.

 

Keep in mind, that's my custom in your picture. TE's matrix chamber isn't painted like that and doesn't have the window decals, I made those too.
But like you that matrix chamber was a big reason why I got it, because I quickly knew that I could make it look like the pictures above with some paint. Even the matrix in that picture is repainted.

 

Oh thats right!! I'm sorry, I forgot that you painted it that way. Well, that's even better! I would definitely paint mine to the Animation model as well. (would be interesting and exciting if TE01 2.0 was painted that way too)
But a free standing 12 inch tall Matrix chamber would be gold in my collection. Just golden. Especially if TE did it, and I had their TE-01 2.0 standing in front! I would love the bottom of the Matrix Chamber display to say "Till all are one!" or "One shall Stand, one shall fall."
I used to have this mini model of Prime from the figure collection. It was nice, but small. I just want a free standing Guts of Prime's chest with Matrix inside.

 

We desperately need a proper Blitzwing. I love Blitzwing, but I've been waiting for someone to do him right for a very long time...DX9 Gewalt has come the closest, but not close enough.
