Well it isn't anything to do with the cartoon or the g1 toy. They both had white. By the same token neither were grey either, should be white too.

 

Which reminds me, I never was able to piece together those grey fists. Too many tiny parts and no way for me to get good leverage or grip. Who wants to put mine together for me? xP

 

I missed my chance to buy this figure. It sold out before i had a chance so really hoping they reissue this figure cause i want a copy pretty bad. KFC did a reissue of snapdragon kfc edition maybe they do reissue it next yr.

 

I had to use needle nose pliers to get it all together. Was brutal on my fingers at first.

 

What I mean is, they must've assessed that aesthetically the purple ones look better, but still given us options as they knew it would cause controversy no include hands in an unwarranted colour (even though they still missed the actual white colours  ).

 

It was a real pain, but eventually I managed to assemble them by wedging them in between the table and my hands to be able to apply pressure.

The figure is broken, though, so I need replacement parts for its right arm  

 

I am thinking of using the grey palm with the purple fingers.

 

IIRC there was a bit of complaining and they included the parts for the new hands at the very last minute. Would explain why they're unassembled.

 

I used painters tape to hold the pieces in place as I added each segment. It wasn't fun by any means but it worked.

 

can someone post pic of the kfc apeface and snapdragon with some tr voyager's and deluxes and leaders.

 

I'm I'm also in the camp who missed out on these the first time around and is hoping they get reissued. Ideally with different colors. I think there was enough backlash about the gray that they could put them out again in more of a white color and people who had the originals would still buy them, much like blaster. And blaster set a precedent that I hope will carry through

Yes, they are included but you have to assemble them.

yup but you have to put them together, I never did but I figure 1 day I'll get to it, definitely pick these up bro, these 2 are still 2 of my favorite figures to date.

 

Not gonna lie, I did and it is a pain in the azz. Definitely looks a lot better and by doing them myself I was able to tighten the hands and fingers quite well. Kingzilla comes with replacement handles for the guns on Kingorilla and a replacement face.

 

Any solution for the headmaster to stay locked in place?

Mine just pops out and doesn’t hold in place.

 

Yeah you have to assemble the grey hands. It was a tedious pain to do. It was just one of the ways this release was poorly executed IMO.

 

Try thicken the hole or the peg with some floor polish.

 

This guy must be pretty good given how fast he's selling.
