Take your time and make sure you're all good first. Barricade ain't going anywhere. :)

I didn't have a ss shelf. But it seems like my 07 cast shelf has somehow converted into a ss shelf. Lol.

@Ryan F Just FYI in my hunt for info regarding the Siege Wave 2 March delay on Kapow's FB page despite finding nothing on that I did find a reply to a Visitor Post asking after Greenlight stating they had secured stock of her and were, well, waiting on the greenlight from Hasbro to list the Pre-order.

At one point, my heart rate climbed to over 180 bpm at rest but that was never for any real length of time. I never really pay too much attention to my BP when I am in flutter - until the hospital start administering the beaterblockers - which does lower my bp but never really gets my heart rate back under control. They always try the beaterblockers first though but by the time they have done this, my bp is very low, like in the 50’s and then they are concerned about this as well. When they give the bb, my heart rate will sit at around 125 bpm. It’s the cardioversion that gets me out of trouble each time but in the past, I have waited too long before going to hospital, so much so that they cannot just do dc cardioversion without first checking for blood clots that might have formed so now I go in sooner rather than later.

Glad your daughter is well Kit and yes, stick me down as interested in a poster set!:thumb

    @Insurgent: cheers my friend.

Evening all. I've finished my perrenial anxiety-induced forum exile and have popped in to say hi. Expect much complaining about my advancing years over the next day or so as I'm turning 40 tomorrow...

My most recent robot purchase was the Takara Repugnus/Grotusque set which was amazing. Repugnus is particularly fantastic. I love how much variety they managed to get out of the same base mould.

(There's a really obvious Headmaster Junior set that be made here - Repugnus into Squeezeplay, Grotusque into Fangry, and a Weirdwolf remould into Horri-bull. I'd happily buy the lot!)

Anyway, I hope everyone has been well!

Any takers for a CW Ultra Magnus, complete? £35 posted.

Also a large stack of the collector cards that came with the various CW, TR, Potp etc figures. Got tons and I could with shifting them all.

OK, I reckon I'm getting pretty good at this.

This is my third try! And for those of you without a pair of those 3D glasses, have a wiggly gif that demonstrates the 3D (kinda) that' I've worked into the cover...

There's all kinds of magic in there. I'm quite pleased how these are turning out!

Ditto! Like. White. On. Rice. (Though a Skullcruncher remoulded into Horri-Bull would also be acceptable, barring a return of the thigh spinners instead of swivels debacle!)

A productive couple of days. The bank has been joined by a pet shop (again brought out of storage and rebuilt) and the rather titanic Assembly Square (bought in Smyths yesterday). There's still one set of bags still to go in order to do the upper floors of the bakery and florist building, but it's an extremely satisfying build all told. The blue building alone has a café, music shop and dance studio. Only downside is that they insist on using the original 1970s basic smiley face for all the minifigures, so they look distinctly creepy next to the detailed face prints used on literally every other minifigures released this last decade.

What I like about these sets is that they’re one of the few places you can reliably get buildings these days. Even the City theme is mostly vehicles, and has been for some time. When I was a kid I was mostly into Space nd Castle, and while the former has been pretty comprehensively flattened by the Star Wars juggernaut over the last 20 years, the latter just faded away, and barely ever gets an airing other than on the back of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, which are more focused on recreating scenes from the movies than actual cool buildings (though shout-out to the giant Hogwarts set that costs £350).

Well, lads, I've taken a punt on a Bluray I already own because this is the Arrow Films remastery of THE Best Cushing/Lee more-than-just-a-Horror film!

I'm hoping this has the English Titles as the Severin Bluray has the Hispanic "Panico en el Transiberiano" but if not I'll be happy to have a spare copy of one of my faves.
Currently £18.85 standard postage direct from Arrow GB!
