The WFC Voyagers have so far had been much better on hollowness yes, but that's only because they're small Voyagers. Since Siege has unified scale and all G1 Dinobots(sans Swoop) are the size of Ultra Magnus, any G1 Dinobot in Siege scale made as a Voyager except Swoop would be hollow because they'd all necessarily be 20cm tall, same as Siege Magnus. Same for Sludge as a Commander --- he'd be 20cm in bot mode as well, which means he'd have to be "Shockwave'd up" with accessories to make up for it. But like Shockwave, he'd be suuuuper quality. I wouldn't say no to Dinobot melee weapons though, that'd be neat. =3

Ah, OK I see what you mean, but I was thinking along the lines of Sludge being the same size as Siege Jetfire and the rest of the Dinobots being scaled relative(ish) to their real world counterparts, Grimlock as a conventional Leader, and Snarl, Swoop and Slag around Siege Megatron size.

 

Yeah, I know. But I'm just trying to spread the word about Siege's unified scale, since not everyone watches John Warden interviews. =)

 

There might be some case to scale Dinobots based on Dinosaur rather than Robot modes as they often spent more time as dinosaurs. I think that’s a choice Hasbro would consider in unified scale. I mean, Grimlock only becomes a robot once after the movie.

Ideally, it would great if we got a Titan AND Commander Scorponok. There have been characters done more than once in different size classes. We've had a deluxe Astrotrain, a Voyager Astrotrain, and there's an upcoming Leader Astrotrain.

 

How about Titan Scorponok with Commander class Fort Max in WfC Part II, then throw Scorponok in as a Commander class the year after? You can even do Grand Max & Black Zarak repaints/minor retools & those who want only one of each size class can get those instead

You're not alone, G2 Dreadwing is one of my favourite figures! I made sure to grab his T30 figure and I have the Tokyo Toy Show redecos of Movie Mindwipe and Skystalker on my Holy Grail list.

As much as it pains me to say this...I dont think we'll see any IDW designs in the toy line again.

 

Is Star Saber even that big? If Hasbro did a Commander Class Star Saber, they would need to do a Commander Class Victory Leo because of the scale thing they are going for. They would cost about $160 together. Jesus, that would even be more expensive than the TakaraTOMY Legends God Ginrai! Beware what you wish for because Hasbro is lurking these forums.

Tidal Wave, I guess he can have one, but being this big how does he accurately combine with an potential Armada Megatron? I guess he would need to be partly Weaponizer, and also he comes with a Mini-Con so that is nice.

SixShot. I love the Titans Return SixShot so much, great figure, but I couldn't pass up SixShot in the new Siege aesthetic. Would be amazing.

 

Star Saber deserves it after losing the fan vote to that damn dirty ape....  

(P.S. I'm just kidding, Optimal Optimus is just fine and I have nothing against him EXCEPT that I would like a Star Saber as well.)
