I'd go for all 3 Datsun Bros in this mold.

The Classics mold looks nice, but that transformation...you should get an Xbox achievement if you can do it without the doors popping off.

 

Bluestreak! Sweet!! Nice to see shoulder rockets on him too, though why they didn't do that for Prowl is odd. The shoulder rockets are all the Prowl figure really needs I think, and I've got a good feeling that reprolabels can sort out the rest. As for the cell-shaded Op and Megs, cool, but not my thing. I'm still glad I got my regular versions.

 

   

A lot of us did speculate that Hasbro would play this game. Just didn't think it would be so soon. No big deal though since I removed all the bird poop from Prime and Meg's that I felt would be an eyesore. Now removing Starscream and Soundwave's bird poop may be a little more complicated since it might be paint on paint in some areas.

Toon Prowl didn't have shoulder launchers but toon Bluestreak did, so that's probably why the same applies with the Siege figures.

 

Me too! I was never a fan of Japan's G1 cartoon's but I still dig the characters based on their designs and features in comics.
And despite being debuted in Headmasters if they ever make a Leaderclass or Commander class Deathsaurus, Soundblaster will definitely be in his faction as one of his top lieutenants...... Unless Scorponok finally gets a Leader class before his inevitable Titan figure releases.

 

I was not sold on Siege Soundwave, complete easy skip, but I want that Soundblaster. Looks much better in SB colors!

 

I would buy ALL the Siege figures in SG colors! I suspect these molds would look wonderful in those colors.  

 

No, the originals too. I mean, technically they weren't repaints, but: roof-chest and hood-boots.

 

Whoa calm down there no need to be a troll. You got me on the shattered thing, I meant cracked. Maybe "dumb" was a bit too strong, I just don't like the look of it, but that's my personal opinion. I actually like the battle damage on most of these, I even said I think it will look good in black. Don't let other people's opinions get to you, be positive!

Edit: also considering how Soundwave becomes Soundblaster, I wouldn't consider him a "perfect badass who literally never takes a hit"...

 

They said they were quickly removed and replace with some other figures. So I'm going to say charge it to Upper management and politics saying something to John Warden at the last minute like "We'll leave this for SDCC".

Sorry. I just couldn't imagine a good reason to have a problem with Soundwave's big, glass chest suffering a few cracks during a war. Didn't mean to be an ass about it. My short time on forums has taught me to just assume that most people have the stupidest reasons for their grievances. You don't deserve that. I'm sorry.

 

Hey, it's cool! And yeah running around with a full glass chest probably isn't the wisest decision one could make in a war ha ha.

 

I wonder what cassette Soundblaster will come with... watch them pull a TT and include Ratbat like the MP one...

 

It’s so beautiful!! If I went into a coma in the 80s and woke up now I would think the 80s had gotten a cool makeover.

 

Why would soundblaster come with a cassette when soundwave doesn’t come with one?

 

That’s gonna be my MP Jetfire replacement for that 3P I have.
