I already thought Siege was metal as fuck, and then they go and add a minotaur that turns into a battle hammer. This line really can't get any cooler!

I want a Ghosʇ inspired repaint on Slamdown.

 

I dunno why people are surprised about Caliburst, we saw him yesterday in the hand of Thundercracker.
And I am liking this more than the Takara toy. Sure he is just a repaint, but the G1 toy is also very much like this - a reverse color version of Blowpipe really. Also, the colors will be more light grey in the toy, for sure - if you recall Aimless and Blowpipe had the same CGI shot colors.
Smashdown is adora-bull!   I want more mythic creature transformers.

No, Skywarp is the exclusive and apparently he comes with Aimless... which I recon will be a recolor of him, rather.

Well keep in mind, WFC will have 2 more lines. I would not be surprised if they would be reserved for 2020 with the Autobot Targetmasters (Pointblank, Sureshot and Crosshairs).

 

These both look pretty good, will get both.

It looked like the targetmaster Thundercracker was holding was colored differently than Caliburst. Maybe that IS supposed to be our Fracas and Skywarp will include a version of Nightstick (while another version is available at retail as "Nebulon" for Ricochet). I once envisioned new versions of Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp all having head and targetmaster partners. Starscream would have Arkeville and "Nullifier" (null ray), Thundercracker could have Scrap-Iron as his TM (not sure who to name his HM), Skywarp could have Mindbender as his HM and Metal Head as his TM.

Aw m8, I wasn't really interested in the Battlemasters but Smashdown may end up being my first, there aren't enough war hammers in Transformers!
I love the effect piece as well, he's definitely got the most potential for fun photos.

Aimless is coming with Skywarp? I thought Aimless was getting released alone like with Blowpipe and Caliburst.

I hope we get the Autobots Targetmasters and their partners because it would suck to have just the Decpticon Targetmasters and their partners.

 

I need that purple effect part in my life.

 

Not into this line of weapons but a nice transforming Pickaxe that come with a Voyager class Darkmount (Staxus) would be my first!

 

Aimless is getting a standalone release, and his mold is totally different from Caliburst/Blowpipe.

 

Hard pass on the minotaur hammer.  Calibirst is a mist buy

Both these guys look pretty cool.

Caliburst is old news for the most part due to him being a recolor, but holy hell is that a cool blast effect. It's kind of unfortunate I have a policy about not buying the same exact toy unless my prior version broke, because I want to have a squad of 'Cons lighting the place up with these.

Smashdown looks like something a Dinobot would wield, more so than Pteraxadon even. Just a huge, blunt weapon to smack someone around with. And how cool, it turns into a Minotaur. Not sure what they're doing on Cybertron (they probably come from the same place as the Fu-dog and dragons), but it's a pretty creative robot mode. As a bonus, the Minotaur mode adds some ornamentation to his hammer mode what with the bull head adorned on the hammer.

Another thought is how with the leader Optimus in this line, we can sort of homage Animated by having Optimus flying around with a jet pack enhancement and a hammer. This even seems matched with Optimus's colors. Cool stuff.

 

I already knew that. My point was, somebody said that Aimless would be released with Skywarp and I was trying to respond by saying that I thought Aimless was getting released sole. I mean, why release the same character twice in one line?

Plus, Aimless is a retool of Blowpipe. They share a similar body, but the limbs and gun part are different.

 

Aimless is acutally getting released in a three pack with Sideswipe and Slamdance, we don’t know what Skywarp comes with, as he is just listed as being “Skywarp Battle Pack”.

 

Smashdown looks very cool in hammer mode, but not feeling the bot mode design at all. His sculpt looks like it’s from Cyberverse and the torso is fairly hollow.

Pretty lame with what the are charging for these guys that Caliburst is a straight repaint.
