I think I confused the hell out of the mailman. When this gem showed up I stepped out onto the porch, looked him straight in the eye and said...

"I would have waited an eternity for this..."

thr IF lady bots are the only reason i gave IF a second chance. i was MFT for life because i wasn't happy with the small IF bots so i wrote them off.

but that was until i picked up arcee on a whim and after seeing all the great details she has and the extras she comes with i was hooked.

after that i set out to build up my lady squad and on that quest. i was able to grab some killer IF bots as well.

IF Windblade was what got me into Legends. I had no interest in the character but she was only $20 and she was adorable. After that it was MFT Ultra Magnus and I was hooked. Up to 25 of them now (if you only count Reflector and Devastator as one each).

Yeah she was my entry point into 3P Legends too. Still one of my favorites, so cute and photogenic. I took her on trips and made some photo travelogues which are part of my Instragam history now (Japan, Kauai). I have posed her so much that her legs have gotten pretty loose. I picked up the Combiner Hunter repaint which came out last year and she sits proudly on my MFT Slag, she's my Dinobot commander. The gold accents really match, thematically at least.

Thanks for the kind words. I've been neglecting my IG account for a while, I still take pictures pretty often (and always when I travel) but haven't been posting as much lately.

I see you found Micro-me and it's Friday again today so well done haha! Happy Friday!

Omg I just discovered this 3rd party forum and thread. Are some of them affordable and playable for a 5-8 years old? I could of found the holy grail.

I wouldn't give 3P legends figures to youngins.... they're a bit too expensive. Stick to the cheap Hasbro RescueBots / Cyberverse stuff.

theyre horribly cheap though, sometimes 40$-50$ cad for a hasbro at walmart.

So far he plays with the potp and siege ones. I have to say hes a very careful child, he asks me to transform them for him. Maybe another third party or ko? I noticed some kos with diecasts parts

If your kid is good at TF go for it. He will only get better by experimenting with them. Watch videos to help the transformation if you need to.

The best place to focus would probably be on the Mech Fans Toys stuff. They have the best prices and really cool stuff. I almost bought their Reflector for my 6 year old son twice now.

    I have been using...

    MechFansToys - Show.Z Store

    a lot recently.

Great customer service and low prices that include shipping cost already.

I would give them a good browse to see what you like. :)

They also have a watch list feature so you keep track of what you are after.

Hasbro started the Legends figure thing. You can get those on Walmart.com or from BigBadToyStore. They're fairly cheap and fine for kids.
