I ordered two Sixguns and and Ectorton, as two separate orders. I was charged for the Twelvegun, and the order is "Authorized" and "Unfulfilled"
Well, this will definitely make everyone involved with the website look bad if they launch it with $10 deluxes for pre-order and then cancel everyone's orders under "oops. sorry we caused you to make a mistake". I'm seriously hoping that's not the case and that they honor everyone's orders.

You know theres a new leader optimus coming that comes with his trailer that can turn into the weapon ring and jetpack and can also combine with this Jetfire, right?
As i've seen stated, I think showing canceled is just if you are trying to view the order without an account. Make one using the same info and the orders should just appear. Each figure i've ordered today shows up as a smaller order priced individually.
Created an account and ordered a Jetfire. Wish I had been online when the Ecto 1 was still available.
Once I created an account I can see my order as authorized, not canceled. The deluxes are still $9.99 in my order too so they look to be honoring the price!
Got off the horn with Jared/Jarod(sp?) from customer service, guy was super nice and knowledgeable, was able to ask a few questions that people have been discussing here and in the other thread, this is all second head at this point though and just one CS rep's word so your mileage may vary- He was going to check on what happened to my missing Micromaster patrol that didn't show up in my new split-up order after purchasing a bunch of stuff this morning, and get back with me via email or phone Said they would be honoring the prices everyone paid at checkout from the orders earlier this morning from before they started changing the prices in the store, so if you have something missing in your account or isn't the price you were emailed give them a ring and see if they can help you Customer service has gotten a lot of questions about Pulse Premium after people already placed their orders, from his understanding if you checked out with free shipping on your order then the offer was applied to your account, as far as he knew despite what the fine print said you just merely have to place an order to get the benefits Confirmed that they are aware there is currently no way for users to see Premium status on their end, but that customers can expect to receive an email in the next couple weeks regarding their premium upgrade, if I don't get by then they said feel free to call back in and work with them on it The original plan was to do the big public launch this weekend, but for whatever reason they opted to do a soft launch this morning and it didn't take collectors long to find out
it really bugs me that giant companies can't ship outside US/Canada these days. Toy stores are collapsing all over the world, so where are we supposed to get official figures? Yes there's ebay, but wouldn't Hasbro benefit greatly from selling directly to the customers? It's not like there's any toy store left here (in Norway at least) that sell these anymore. If they do have TF these days it's only one-step changers and stuff like that. (I get that there's probably legal reasons they can't sell directly to us, I'm just venting)
It’s a goof. They were $9.99 this morning and probably got accidentally changed when they were fixing the deluxe pricing.
