Anyone else suffering with cold at the moment - Christ, I've not been able to shake this for 2 weeks now. Admittedly beer and a gig last night hasn't helped (Lemonheads were pretty good) but other than that it's been a steady diet of Lemsips.

Is it weird that despite having no interest in MP Bee I'm actually following and enjoying the discussion? I suppose any release is better than no releases. Still not buying but can't wait for more Hound pics/info.

 

Siege Jetfire and Brunt are up on a few Japanese stores and Big Boi Jets is looking like £100 even with the usual pre-discount so kinda worrying what that will translate to here. Not gonna go to the B word either.

Brunt is looking seriously sexy, I can see some army building in the near future.



And that could have some serious repaint potential too.........

If a leader is £50ish these days and Omega likely to be £150, yup £100 probably is what they'll charge for Jetfire. Fingers crossed that it does come in at less though.

As for Brunt, hell yes he is a sexy wee bastard. I can totally see the white Cylon/ Guardian bot repaint, but it would also make for a passable guzzle with a new head and non-claw arms.

After LSOTW finished I thought poor Ironfist was a victim of a random accident. Then after reading Bullets.... Oooof my mighty heart broke a bit.

Skyfall is definitely a very interesting looking figure isn't he? Now of course that Adele song is stuck in my head.

 

Yeah, Bullets really does add a lot of depth to LSotW. I loved it! And agreed on Skyfall. I love the jet kibble on his back. Figuring out the alt modes of Action Masters is a lot of fun.

 

I'm wondering if the Takara pics mean they're going slightly different on the deco on Brunt or if he's lost the characteristic orange in final production version?

A slight disappointment but, hey ho, at least I have some orange paint in already.
Now will he plug in up top on Trypticons alt modes or will we have to cheat and pop his turret on Full Tilt and redistribute the rest of him about the beast?

I'm hoping Jetfire will land around the £90 mark but I might just swallow 100 for 11 inches of spacejet scientist, here's hoping the Pre-order drops while I can still feel fiscally frivolous!

 

I've filed this along with Takara's Magnus having a totally red gun. I'm confident the orange will be there on the Hasbro release.

Odd that we're getting more paint deco's on the Hasbro releases.

The jet intakes in his chest suggest something that flies, but his chest and the shoulder/ heel wheels make me think some kind of car or APC. Kept me guessing for years until Gen30 Sandstorm came out.



And I decided Take-Off must be a VTOL triple change. If I was in any way shape or form good as painting and customizing I'd have had a go.

Omega and Jetfire are touted as been available in August right? So likely pre-orders won't drop until the far side of April?

 

Oof! Probably £100+ by then, then. Ouch.

 

Yeah, I'd have guessed hovercraft/hover car, but that's a much better option!

Someone remind me again - what the point of making a Bumblebee worse than the previous MP G1 version is - heck it's worse than many Movie Bee toys too. It's the Bethesda of Transformers - they gave up half way and said "That will do".

He looks like some sort of buggy with a transformation not too dissimilar to Beachcomber. Legs becoming the front of the vehicle with the feet providing a red windscreen and his gun mounting on top as an exposed engine. Chest flipping up over his head and becoming the rear with his shoulders being the rear wheels (front wheels are visible down at his ankles), making those fans exhausts rather than intakes (or perhaps they're a feature only of the robot and remain invisible on the underside of the buggy, serving no purpose).
