holy carp, ok can I just say that I would throw down for a beast hunters prime after this one is finished? i never got the hasbro or takara cause they were so ugly to me xD but seeing how beautiful this guy looks, I can def see how great 2.0 beefimus would look!

So does Iron Warrior have a track record of making solid figs free of QC issues? I've never owned one of their products before, or even a non-transforming transformer for that matter.

It's nice that we're getting production photos and all but have they changed the face? I still can't tell from the last photo. Their face sculpt for Megatron and Magnus is pretty spot on so it'd be a shame if it isn't the same with their Optimus.

Looks like Prime is coming along nicely, but what's with the sand-looking pieces? Unpainted parts?

 

Just a prototype I figure , to get the shell done. As in his/her post , it was mentioned the package is almost done and waiting for new head and arms/hands

 

Does Prime only come with 1 blaster? This guy is already packed to the brim with accessories but it would have been nice to have this figure dual wield his guns.

 

I believe it comes in pairs , the other gun’s indentation seems to be there on the other hand as well.

But i am still a bit sad that we're apparently not going to get a Matrix accessory. I just love the design of the thing in TFP.

Any new updates? I heard the figure is supposed to be out this month, but this month is nearly over. I know there are usually delays, but I wondered if that was known or not.

Also, any new news about his head resculpt? I think that was with this figure... it\'s been a while since I\'ve read the comments.

 

As of 3/16 they were still saying the end of March. I would imagine they mean that's when it will be off to retailers by. I wouldn't expect anyone here to have one before late April.

As for the head, they said changes were being made to it prior to release but they have not shown those changes yet.

 

But even that would indicate being finished and shipping to retailers in 11-ish days. I sure hope so, but I feel like we would have seen something more if that were the case.
