So are we all just assuming the sequel will revolve around Kristoff and Anna's kid who is also a mutant and runs away because she's scared of her powers and they all have to go find her?
idk either. It looks like it could be legit. But, it also looks be just a cheap cash in chinese knock off product.
Edit: I'm surprised no ones posted this yet! I liked the first film, I haven't seen any of the shorts yet. I can't say I loved it enough to run out and see a sequel, but I'll probably catch it at some point.
Trailer is suprisingly foreboding of something. I'm in, but for the record, I wasn't the biggest fan of the first movie.
See...that looks great. However I thought the first film was going to be something along this feeling of grandeur and foreboding. However, although I liked it, it was a very hollow film in the end, that kept switching what kind of musical it was. The Ice-Cutter's song is what honestly the feeling and tone of the rest of the music should have been in some way.
That sure doesn't look like a fairy tale... and no, that's not a criticism. Elsa's still keeping her outfits stylish.
Smart move on Disney to release this trailer to get people to forget the Aladdin trailer. Really smart move. With that said that was a great trailer. Got a Mulan or star wars vibe more then frozen but can't wait to see more. That water looked real! Wonder who the new girl is in the trailer?
Some are theorizing the new girl is Gerda and if you pause, you can seen there's another new character coming out of the leaves. A blonde boy similar to her age. People are thinking that's Kai. Both characters being the original duo in the story of The Snow Queen. What Frozen is based off of. The floating crystals, could very much be based off of the splinters of troll mirror that causes people to become cold-hearted and amplify their worst thoughts/parts of themselves. Or perhaps the "Snowbees", living snowflakes that were like a hive entity that the Snow Queen controlled.
Well this is an amazing surprise to wake up to in the morning. Really digging the more epic tone too.
Wow! I was not expecting that at all. But bloody hell, does this already look amazing. The seemingly darker, foreboding and especially epic tone is a welcome addition, the animation is fucking gorgeous, and Elsa looks like she's shaping up to be a real badass. I especially didn't expect the next Frozen to be released later this year. I'm excited as hell for this, and my wife and two daughters will all be in the theaters with me .
