Big Powered is slated for an end March 2019 release right? So about a month plus to go!

 

Ah, thought I had read somewhere that it had become april.

 

They could at the very least do Liokaiser. 4 of the 6 figures are already done.

I’m still waiting on Twincast and Soundblaster from the TR molds and Hydra and Buster from the POTP molds. Those would be easy repaints.

 

I'd honestly be fine with this level of retooling.
They're attractive molds and the designers managed to transform them into great likenesses of the characters.
I also hope Big Powered manages to sell beyond expectations.
This line needs to stay alive.

This. The only way we will get more G1 Japanese characters that isnt tied to Hasbro's "brand unification" humdrum.

Which is why I think their attitude is that the current Liokaiser falls into "good enough."

 

They might feel that way. But Takara didn't release him. So there is a strong possibility that they will still release an altered version of CW Liokaiser.

 

the molds/ headsculpts for Liokaisers limbs are already there.... its too simple of a release NOT to make. lol
All they now need are Breast Animals and a new Leozack.

 

They would also need a Jallguar, which the CW version didn’t have.

 

I know that if, like me, you tend to order from domestic stores like BBTS or TCP, it usually takes into the next month a couple days before you get em. That's why you may have heard April.

How would he intergrate into the combined mode of Liokaiser?

 

They could tool Leozack so he can attach to his lower abdomen or crotch in combined mode.

 

Lol. He will still be Legends sized compaired to other members. Scale fail. Lol.

 

But if Leozack is Voyager, then there’s still a scale fail. My preference would be for Takara to make Leozack and Jallguar both deluxes. But as others have suggested, they would probably make Leozack a voyager and Jallguar a legends since that is the standard formula for Combiner Wars/UW.

 

However they'd do the torso I’d want Takara to use the UW Nosecone mold for Killbison and Drillhorn. And hopefully give all the limb molds a PotP style combiner peg to attach their brest animals.
