2007 Movie Jazz and Animated Swoop for my birthday when I was younger. Fortunately I still have them both today.

Oddly, those were 2 of the first bots I bought when I started collecting again 6 months ago.

Does that make us bot brothers or something?

I had this thing that a friend gave me that transformed from a robot to a green jeep. It's that long ago I can barely remember it. Not sure if it was a gobot a transformer or some generic imitation brand transformer toy. Adfter that I got one of those digital watch transformers where the body of the watch popped out and turned into a robot looked similar to soundwave in hindsight. My first official transformers were a big box given by a friend loads of figures like wheeljack jazz megatron two stunticons dragstrip and the cream coloured one one of the dinobots bombshell bumblebee among others. God I had great fun with all of them

    EDIT:

just found a picture of the gobot jeep I had when I was small

I could barely remember this guy but now I remember him very clearly. Can't remember what happened to it think I eventually lost or broke it. Apparently his names is Jeepers....

I believe it was G1 Huffer back in 1984. After that I told my dad I didn’t want any more of the Autobots because they were the good guys. Shortly after that I got G1 megatron and my parents also surprised me with a shackwave. Then I didn’t get anymore until I started getting the individually carded constructions. We didn’t live near a major city, and didn’t have a lot of money at the time, so it took almost a year to get all the pieces of devy.

Got a whole bunch of my older brother's G1 figures. Onslaught Grotusque, Slugslinger, Dragstrip, Brainstorm, Ultra Magnus, Headstrong, and Blot all came in one big happy box together. But I think of those as his toys.

The Transformer I consider my first is the first one I bought with my own allowance; Cybertron Scout Class Scattorshot. I still have him. He's just repainted into Armada Demolishor. Love that little dude

My favorite birthday was the 1985 "Hey, we got you this set of construction vehicles" one.

Such a devastating gift that was. :D

My 1st transformers toy was in 2012, and the earliest one I could remember is the human alliance roadbuster. Or maybe the Weaponizer OP.

MP-1, 2004, with BT-01 Binaltech Smokescreen at around the same time.

I wanted to like the G1 toys but I never did. Never really liked any of them until Masterpiece. And Binaltech. I did have the G1 Cyclonus in 86 and it was pretty cool but it went bye-bye a long time ago and no regrets. Now it's crazy how much is out there that I DO like.

Yeah, I hate to admit it... But the G1 toys were pretty crap. I did love them way back then though.

The Star Wars: Crossovers Millenium Falcon. By now both of poor Chewbacca’s shoulders have succumbed to GPS.
