I got my Shockwave today, I opened the box but I will take him completely out once I've built my display cabinet. Just looking at him from packaging the paint looks absolutely gorgeous, I still wish the hands were more pink like the promo images but oh well that's just my preference. I see a few paint chips but that's only on the barrel of the gun which is common also I didn't think a $200 toy would be pretty small then again it's my entry into G1 Masterpiece.

 

Same choice of words my friend haha, was about to post it then I saw a new message popped up. Yeah I also felt the same way when I saw this guy standing next to the other cons in images, the lavender fits with them better IMO but the deep rich purple really makes him stand out from the rest so I chose to go with MP29+ because of that and because I remember Shockwave from the cartoons being a dark purple rather than lavender. His colours were really inconsistent but for me MP-29+ is my cartoon Shockwave.

Still having the ankle tilt. Unfortunately I'm not going to sell it because it's not a 3d print, it's made by hand, with sheets of styrene glued together, and then filed.

 

that's a shame your not selling these i would buy a pair as i'm sure many others would they look superb

 

These are the next 2 MPs I'm planning on getting. LOVE the G1 toy paint schemes. Especially on Shockwave, and I really like the pewter tones on Megatron. Here's hoping for an MP 44+ in the future!
