T-hybrid is saying they may skip the trailer in favor of jus doing the cab jetfire combo

 

I really can't see them doing that honestly. I hope we get Jetfire and Overload, but I also want the trailer.

 

When people keep whining for perfect alt and perfect bot modes. That's what I said too, it might as well be two different figures. But people will complain about that too. There's only so much they can do.

 

I can, it makes the most sense if they're doing a Super mode.

It's quite odd to be forbidden from speaking of such things, given the varied history of Japanese releases, which definitely veer into non-family-friendly territory, but ironically are not so offensive to non-Western audiences. TRANSLASTION: This MP Black Arachnia officially makes it okay to talk about robot BOOBS. Because wow. Takara is not f*cking around there!

one of the main tf toylines right now is siege. its full of micromasters. micromasters are basically minicons, and his trailer is supposed to transform into a base for said minicons, if they do not make a trailer it is a missed opportunity and if this prime does not come with a trailer, then i am sure a 3rd party will make him a trailer.

 

.... Yes. It makes the most sense to drop the trailer in favor of Jetfire. I don't understand what you're trying to say now since your message is directly opposite as to what you said previously when arguing against everyone else when they say it makes more sense if they dropped the trailer.

 

I hoped for that with CW Prime, a trailer or a trailer that combines with his torso mode, but, clearly, it never happened.

 

Overload could stand in for his trailer since one of the Armada modes is Prime pulling Overload with Jetfire on top.

 

I meant I can't see them dropping the trailer and if we wanna talk about dropping something it would be Jetfire, because the trailer is just pants and a trailer, where as Jetfire is an entire figure plus legs.

 

I got rid of my Armada collection recently. Buying these is like slipping back into addiction!  

It's kind of cute that they're doing this... but... God, another Optimus Prime. Is anyone keeping track of records? We've got to be close to breaking a WORLD RECORD for releases of Optimi in one year!  

I'm still hungry for 80s G1 that got overlooked (or butchered): Pretenders, Monsterbots, Action Masters, etc.

I'm hoping these Unicron Trilogy releases tank.  

 

Easy way to get both, it makes the most sense. I can see Takara doing that.

Why would that be the better option for them? Dropping the "pants" makes the most sense when they can sell ANOTHER figure that can also combine with a previous figure. Just selling a trailer that is just a trailer and pants doesn't make sense.

It's not like they'd sell it separately, they'd have the trailer in the same box then it'd be roughly the same price as a very hypothetical Jetfire.
