My next project for Siege Optimus.. I kinda dislike the look he have in vehicle mode, even though I think it’s a fresh design.. so I decided to do something about it..It’s a work in progress...
but for now, I need to remove parts from the original top by taking off those pesky pins!

Thanks! I was actually just thinking of transferring the original grill part to my design

 

are you gonna print it out in red plastic next? or just give it the acetone vapor treatment and spray paint it? eitherway, looks great!

 

I will need to replenish my red filaments first!

 

Just an update.. still have some fittings to adjust.. knocked parts out from original, to be added to my printed part. Slowly getting there I guess..

 

Will there be future versions where the pegs holes are avaible for the cab

Haha no worries. Just shortened the two top jutted out top windows. I know some cut it off but I didn’t want to cut em to shorten it.

 

Hard to tell from the previous shots as it looked like it was still jutting out past the front.

Do you plan on repainting the whole thing?
