Or another Omega that is the Ark. We already know Omega Supreme isn't the only one of his type. Why can't the others turn into things besides rocket bases? Just maybe not another Titan-sized figure though.

 

It really looks like Mirage was designed as a two-pack with Impactor. Those two figures look PoTP-level simple and really stand out from the rest of the WFC:S Deluxes even accounting for the simpler ones like Prowl or Chromia.

I'm not sure if the lulz factor of those Gitanes logos is enough for me to get the figure given how CW Mirage looks okay and can be modded to a more gewunny chest transformation fairly easily.

 

I'm actually trying to figure out, does Omega Supreme look like he's got titans return compatible ramps hiding behind the rocket?

I get that Hasbro/Takara is trying to satisfy the fandom, but the Omega Supreme/Countdown compromise makes Omega’s alt mode look like an afterthought. Yes, I know the G1 alt mode wasn’t very convincing either, but it utilized its parts to gain size much better. I also don’t like the head or the tank. But, chances are I’ll get it. I’m a sucker for base modes.

I’m glad I have no interest in Impactor; too hollow.
Mirage is a mixed bag for me. Fake chest, awkward feet, and stuffed spoiler. Love the head sculpt and upper-body proportions, though.

 

I'd wondered the same. There's no reason it couldn't have the same connector. Semi-related, are the yellow shin pads on a hinge? Maybe to put a Micromaster inside? There might be a slightly different base configuration that's feasible - whether it's planned like 'Plex and Tryp or the muddled FortMax city mode remains unclear.

 

By that, you mean 2 out of the 5? (so far)

 

What's going on with Omegas eyes? They look way too close together to me. He looks great otherwise. Jetfire is pure fire. Mirage and Impactor I could care less about honestly

 

This is a fun set of reveals! I'll be likely picking up all four, and if a clear Mirage is made they can make it five!

 

There should be an option to buy a clean version of Omega and Jetfire, I do not care for the battle damage paint scheme.

I'm so happy for people that want a more animation-accurate Jetfire. Honestly, I prefer the Macross look anyway so I'm not picking it up (honestly, I'm more than happy with my Classics Voyager) but I know people were clamoring for this.

Mirage looks amazeballs.

 

So Omega Supreme is the first titan class without a third mode? The figure where two altmodes would've been the easiest thanks to his partsforming nature? That's disappointing...

 

Jetfire is looking gorgeous, even though he's mighty expensive.... Will have to allocate funds.

They look typically Siege to me:
Impactor is too small and has hollow legs that every Siege neophyte will deny (or blame on potp)
Mirage is probably too small and his ankles look ugly.
