I do too but that's not Broadside. That's "Pimpside," completely separate character.

 

While I absolutely despise his Toon look, I think it would be really cool to have a new toy of him in a more modern chug style that does what Fansproject's Version does where you can shift some parts and open up the helmet to have a more toon looking Broadside.

No, you're missing the point. The other previous figures were not cartoon oriented, thus could be nonexisting as well for all what it matters... They are also no longer in stock so they're irrelevant when Hasbro's resetting the line.


Don't try to pass your subjective dislikes as objective issues with the figure, please.

 

Omega is a buy for me *wallet screams* as is Mirage. Impactor i know nothing about so easy pass. Jetfire.. i got both other ones so hard to justify it at that price. If he comes to an Ollies sure.

Omega i would like. I got one for christmas when i was 5-6 iirc. So makes sense. I got Trypticon when i was 8 or 9, so i got him when he went to Ollies. I wish i had gotten at least Metroplex when they sold him. I had him as a kid. Fort Max i never owned other than Car Robots one. Scorponok i will get as i had him too.

 

As @TCJJ already said, those are the rear wheels on his legs.

I think the front may just come off entirely.

Wow! Omega Supreme looks pretty damn cool! I don't know if it's just me but there seems to be something a little askew with his face though... If he's about the same size of Gen Metroplex/Fort Max, I'm gonna struggle to find the room for him

HasTak have totally nailed Skyfire - he looks like he's come straight out of the cartoon  ! The thing is I've already got the '07 Voyager & the thrilling 30 Leader - do I really need another one?

Man, how I would love to see a new version of my favorite Cybertron character, the overcompensating Scattorshot.

The most inaccurate part is that the toy has Stege all over its body.

 

i wish he had a little more alt than just sitting on his butt will his legs 90° out. here is to hoping he has some extra modes that aren't being revealed. yet like his shins or whatever else is going on.

 

I really don't think he'll be as big as them. Hasbro tends to measure to the tallest part and call it a day, I doubt his head level height will be the 22/24 inches (I can't remember what he's said to be right now) but more of 18 inches (and closer to CW Devey/POTP Predaking). If I'm wrong, then I'll just pay the extra $50 and get the Weijiang Omega and call it a day. (I have been holding out for an Omega cause I don't want one as big as DX/FT/WJ's.)

Just when I was thinking may be I could be done with toys after finally getting the main decepticons I waited for years and years, Hasbro swooped in and just sad "no sir you don't do that!" (megs, soundwave, shockwave and starscream) I'm definitely getting that skyfire.

Omega supreme is so much better that what I expected. If I had a son I would definitely get this for him. but as a 32 year old with a very limited shelfspace, I dunno. might get it if I run into it somewhere.

 

I'm starting to think that the lack of antenna on Jetfire's Macross head might be in reference to his War Within design.
