Probably. It wouldn’t be the first time a figure as mentioned being a certain height. I know Predaking can be 18 inches if you place his cannons just right.

Its believed that Mirage and Impactor are wave 4. That means there are at least a dozen other figures before them in the rest of the line.

Hopefully, there will be some more cons in the next two lines.

I just wanted to make light of the fact that renders aren't always indicative of the final toy.
I.e. Titans Return Quickswitch. Render shows new helmet. Toy has regular Six Shot helmet.

Omega's eyes may not look so warped in-hand.

 

The only regular homage Animated ever gets is Ultra Magnus wielding some sort of hammer. If any part of the franchise deserves some sort of recognition after all these years, it's Animated.

 

There's a pretty big difference between what Hasbro will do themselves and what they will allow others to do with the license.

 

Trypticon's ankle tilts are dedicated joints. They don't service his transformation (although the transformation joints are right above those ankle joints).

So I'm looking what I see of Omega and seriously considering getting him. I just do masterpiece but at his size he'd fit right in. His price is fine. But then it hit me - I turned down Wei Jiang (third party) Omega for being too expensive but it's only $60 more than this and would fit a lot better in my collection. So if this is on the table, why wouldn't that one be too? Now I'm torn - I like both but there's no way I'm buying two expensive omegas. I'll have to think about it.

I like that Jetfire a lot. Again, though, I only do Mp (well I do legends too but that doesn't help) and he wouldn't really fit with them - too small and too greebley. I could get him as a standalone but I have nowhere to put him. But damn, I really like that figure. Hmm.

 

Of course they are different. The toys are nowhere near that shiny and reflective irl.   No worries. I know what you mean.

OMEGA SUPREME:
Looks fantastic, love the character and even countdown looks great. I'm ready to pre-order him. I'm 90% sure Omega's eyes are based on Omega Doom from the shattered class universe.

IMPACTOR:
Looks like shit, don't care for the character, just looks like a bloody nightmare. (I thought we were done with hollow legs)

JET/SKY FIRE:
Love the look and scale, I wanna see an Overlord like this. No interest in the character though.

MIRAGE:
I don't care that he is lanky, where can I preorder him?

I agree that those Wreckers weapons are incredibly standard, but I can also see the point that Kaon is the only real torture device. I also don't think Hasbro would catch any flak because they made figures of the DJD. Plenty of incarnations of many of their characters that they make figures of have committed atrocities. Plus the DJD are just a bunch of robots and people are far less sensitive to that sort of thing. The characters from Marvel have all done horribly, bloody things. I think the DJD is more of a "Who's going to buy these" problem.

One's an electric chair, two suspend bots over some sort of device meant to cause them slow agony before getting dropped in.

 

Sounds fine, but Hasbro's been C-blocking Takara lately, so I wouldn't hold my breath.

 

They could do a TR Sixshot and call it """"Psychic control chair"""" like cerebro from X-men, but that would be harder give that Sixshot's gun mode is weird enough looking that it could pass for a submarine.

 

Honestly I think both of them would make good MP stand-in's. I really want another titan Fortress Maximus that replicates the original like this Omega does. I like the TR version, but better can be done (and give us an RID version Hasbro you cowards).
