I want to see the core bot done up as SG Prime. Maybe make the armored mode IDW Nemesis Prime.

 

That would be cool.

Although would prefer it in the white Nova Prime colours, rather than Nemesis black.

 

I know the wings, chest and legs are all wrong for nova but damn I want this in those colours now.

 

Fingers crossed for some chest and wing remolding!  

 

If they retooled the cab robots legs into the long nose truck cab then it could even transform the right way with the legs being the nose and the arms tucked under the bonnet.

IDW Nemesis is mostly white/off white.

 

Same character, but there are difference. The pre-dead universe version Nova is mostly white.



But when he enter the dead universe/ has 'ze darkness' and changes his name to Nemesis - his colour scheme basically inverts - so he's mostly black .



And then after he 'dies' he reverts to calling himself Nova again.

My personal preference would be for the Nova version  

 

Yes definitely Nova, the white/black contrast with glowing orange trim is such a striking colour scheme.

 

lolwut. Galaxay Convoy isn't in the same size range as someone like Powermaster Prime, go watch a few of the episodes. He's not that much taller than the Scout figures in the same way the original toy towered over all the toys in the line. The original figure was too big.

You don't understand. People don't necessarily want a toy that's the same size as the original, but they DO want a new version that's the same height as the current Leaders, such as TR Powermaster OP, TR Ultra Magnus, POTP Optimal Optimus, etc. The current Seige leader class figures are smaller then these.

It's been well stated that initial observations show no joints to make that mode possible.

Thing is that that Leader scale has rightfully slid down. Ultra Magnus was a bit too big at that size anyway and works better at the current leader size. Optimal and PM Prime are supposed to be megahuge dudes that tower over everyone is sight anyway. Galaxy Convoy isn't a megahuge dude, he doesn't need to be the same size as a guy like Jetfire, Super Ginrai, ect. He's a Prime size dude that gets a small size boost from a pair of booster shoes, that's it.

 

I always thought ultra magnus was one of the largest non city or combiner autobots... that might be cos I had the toy before I saw him in the show though.

 

my hopes are high but not too hight for some sort of energon scorponok, especailly with the idea that hasbro is bringing back the ultra class with the new command class. Loved energon scorponok and knowing we now have an energon figure in this line, and plans for a leader megatron rom what we\'ve seen, my hopes for a large decipticon general with big claw hands will hang around

 

That's my guess too, the new class size seems pretty suited for Scorponok and I can totally see him fitting into the Siege play gimmick really well too..... Which is also why I can see Hasbro totally skipping him again (should have been a TR Leader class figure).

 

What are you talking about dude?
A: there are absolutely no plans for a leader megatron in siege that have been from any sort of legit or reliable source. There are 3 leaders in siege based on leaks that have been accurate thus far and all three are known
B: Scorponok from energon at best would be the equivalent of leader class
C: there is a cybertron figure in siege, with another teased by box art but no energon characters

 

If we finally (after not getting one in the friggin HEADMASTER LINE) get a Scorponok I sure as hell don't want it to be the fucking Energon version, WTF.

I want Titan Scorponok, face to face with Fortress Maximus. G1 never gave us that - that's how you provide fan value.

 

I'm hoping Star Saber happens, best bet, now, is a retool of Starfire.

I really don't think we'll get one that big. For the most part, Hasbro has kind of changed that about Scorps now and made him a big bot rather then a huge Citybot. Look at Overlord, he could have easily been a Citybot too. G1 certainly positioned him like that but the new version of him is just a big bot now.
