Okay, crazy idea that I figure I'll toss out there as it seems you might be looking for something? If not, sorry for my misunderstanding, and feel free to ignore this.
This dude, GoGekisou, into Predaking. The figure is from Transformers Go a few years back. I say this mostly because of the lion head, and the whole thing of 2/3 components being a lion and hawk.

How about doing up the lion as Razorclaw, the shark as Overbite, and the jet from the other combiner as Leozack. It was a crazy idea I had a year or two ago.
