Glad to hear the praise this figure is getting. I skipped the black version, but I have the white on pre-order, so I know I'll have something to look forward to. Can't wait to have a good Jetfire for my collection.

 

I feel like mine is inbetween. Mine has untabbed 50/50 even when moving parts other then the arms.
It's only the Left arm too for some reason. It really irritates me. I'm hoping they do better for the regular release.

 

I've found that if I get the chest pushed up and back in robot mode, the left and right side clips hold better, since in the end they're just hooking the underside of the chest while in robot mode. It's definitely a bit fiddly, however.

 

I would love to see some pictures of white and black jetfire on shinny manus.

I’ve got Noir but I’m wondering if I should get a shinny manus to show off the jetfire. armor. I wish I had a bigger budget to get one if everything but such is not my life. Glad we have options though! Nice to be able to dither on something fun like this.

 

I'm just going to throw it out there that the Skywing coloring is gorgeous in hand... having gotten the opportunity to see it for a bit, it's probably the prettiest figure in the line.

 

Do you have it in hand for a review or did you just get to see it?

 

Even more so than premium striker manus?

 

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless your premium is going to have armor permanently displayed because there's a high likelihood that you'll scratch up the metallic paint on Manus. It's why Ive declined requests for it.

Have really loved the black version a lot but I doubt I'll be able to afford the white any time soon. Still I might see if I can get a copy closer to mid year.

And yeah kuma's right the buster parts all sit firmly on Strikers body, shins clipping in to shins and whatnot you're guaranteed to scratch the premium toys metallic surfaces if you try combining it with either buster toy.

 

Are the swords with trsnslucent blade seen in the promo pics included or from another set?

The red bladed ones came with Noir. I think there is a set that comes with the metallic painted Premium Striker Manus that has orange blades.

Damn, so it actually is MP10 height, which is slightly taller than CW Leaders.

I could see the price justification now.

It still costs 33% more(taobao price) compared to other 3P Optimus MPs, but we get action figure styling.

 

Are there pics of Skywing as armor on strike noir? Curious as to how that would look.
