    Ebay:
Bought one from BBTS. My son had been saving up for him and we kept striking out at Ollie’s. He finally arrived today and my kids both love him. This is the first modern titan we’ve owned, and as such we were completely unprepared for how much he dwarfed Superion, Bruticus, Defensor, and Overlord. He dwarfs our biggest toys. And he’s awesome.

It took forever to apply all the stickers but he looks great. I’m definitely buying Brunt now.

Nothing can really prepare you for the size of these things. Like, you can check pics online and go "oh ok he's basically in scale with anything", but then you order him and get a package the size of an ottoman, filled with 50 feet of bubble wrap, and find the toy's leg alone is bigger than anything else you had!

Then you have to wrestle with a thing the size of a baby to get it into city mode:
Which turns out to be too big for the shelf you set aside for him!

Seriously though, I quite enjoy this gargantuan toy (especially since I've always wanted one of those Jurassic Park T. rexes that can eat other figures)... but I am kinda glad I have no interest in any other Titans.

Glad you're enjoying him! The current line is going to include his tankly cohort Brunt later next year, so you got one just in time :D  Personally I love this figure, he's a great addition to any line IMO

Did yours have any kind of leg- hip- or tail issues? This far into it you might have gotten one that has most of the bugs worked out but I wanted to ask anyway

My Trypts just got delivered a couple hours ago from BBTS and I've mentioned this on the Trypticon Batch number thread, but mine is 82301 don't know if that's a typo or not. So hopefully no problems, but I know what they are and what to do. Better be safe than sorry. Pre Christmas 2018 Transformers Haul 005.JPG

Heh, it's pretty damn timely that Brunt got announced around the same time Tryp got clearanced everywhere.

My copy (71871) appears to be fixed. Neither the legs nor tail have been giving me any problems. The chest door seems a touch warped (the top left corner doesn't want to stay in), but oddly enough plugging Full-Tilt allows it to close fully.

Well it’s having an influence on the market, and started edging down prices in the secondary market too. I never managed to find one when they hit Ollie’s around here (plenty of 20 buck Overlords though) but I went through Amazon, since most seller prices have fallen to below 80 bucks with free shipping and I’m sitting on a pile of gift card cash, post-holiday. Still isn’t quite BBTS clearance but it’s gift card money so it’s not out of pocket anyway.

I slowed down mine shipping for the $1 digital credit. Mostly because the collection is being moved to new quarters and I need the time to make the space for the monster.

These figure is HUGE, wasn't expecting something like this.

Picked one up at Burlington yesterday for $60, haven't cracked open the box yet, code is 82331 I think so fingers crossed. Impressive box weight, that's for sure.

I think an official Takara MP and/or third party MP version is in order.

Nah, I'm pretty good with this one. Unlike Metroplex and Fort Max, I don't feel like anything significant is missing from Trypticon (except Brunt, which is being rectified shortly, and otherwise just small accessories like the radar dishes and the like). I can't think of any improvements I really need that would make it worth paying ~$400 for a new version.

I actually have a junker Trypticon I’m about to put up piecemeal on Ebay. If you’re interested in Full Tilt, PM me.

Mine just arrived today, I just found out I’ll have to do the hip fix, the chest door is ok, trying to figure out if I need a tail fix.

The tail fix is more of when it'll just won't work. There is a tutorial in the Radicons that shows you out to access the tail, but believe me it's going to take you longer.

Still haven’t pulled the trigger in this guy yet as I’m afraid of needing to do the surgery to it. It’s 80 bucks shipping from BBTS. Ima pull the trigger eventually before he completely sells out. Anyone can link me to the thread that has the code that doesn’t need the hip fix?

I can't tell you the code, but for what it's worth, my Trypticon's hips were fine. While I had him on order from day 1, I didn't actually get that PoL shipped until about ~4 months ago. Transformed him a bunch, with no signs of the hips degrading.

Tail did need fixing, though, but that's a much easier fix by comparison.

Here is the batch number thread: Titans Return Trypticon - Batch #
Here is the hip fix thread: Titans Return Trypticon Hip Fix
I emailed eBay sellers until I found one from the "good batch" section. If you were to order from BBTS, it would more than likely be from the good category because they were mostly later runs (mostly). It was the early adopters who got the worst of it.
