I'd like to see the proportions balanced out better if they can, but it's a really good start considering it's just a render!

Honestly has most of the major details correct, but the proportions and general flow of the design don't really capture the movie design for me. Individually each piece of armor looks great, but I don't think it meshes together well as a single figure. If they get the proportions closer to the actual thing then this will be tempting for me, because Beetle Bee quickly shot to the top of my list of favorite movie designs.

Okay yeah, if it's Toyworld, this is getting a bit ridiculous. They are hereby banned from announcing any more figures until they actually release something.

That said, this guy looks pretty underwhelming and wrong to my eyes. Better than Hasbro's attempts, but that's not exactly a high bar...
...as shown by this comparison. Shapes & proportion are all wrong, and too many inaccurate or missing parts. New movie Bee needs to be round and chunky.

Unique Toys should give this design a try! I feel like they have the best shot at pulling it off, based on their track record.

It's not bad. Good effort and I look forward to seeing it. Still 10 times better than any of the official ones we got from Hasbro and i'm talking mainly about the Studio Series Bee and Masterpiece Bee. Early prototype... They'll probably make some changes here and there on it over the next coming months......

I dig this design. I do hope it evolves and gets better, but I also expect that many companies will be pursuing this same thing (including Has-Tak).
I'm a huge Beetle fan (I've owned 4 - 2 classic, and 2 Nu), so I'm happy to buy almost any VW Bee figure.

The thing that I like about this design is that there's a minimum of Shellformer and falsies. Something that both the SS and MPM suffer from.
I really love that the hood/chest folds in on itself in this model (and I'm hoping that it is the hood and not just molded falsie).

Although Screen Accuracy is a great goal to aim for, its' not the most important thing. Both the SS and MPM frustrated me on account of how fiddly and shellformery and unfun they were.

    This one looks fun.

I don't know, MP Beetle Bee is pretty nice, this is more screen accurate but I love the masterpiece figure.

Not perfect, but honestly looks way better to me in physical form than it did in those renders. I'll be keeping an eye on this one! Again, a lot of the proportions are just off by a little bit, but I'll wait to see how it looks in color.
