Literally stumbled across these whilst going to buy some paints (which I passed on in favour of the Battlemasters), and I quite honestly didn't realise they were wave 2 until AFTER I'd purchased them. EDIT: Probably should mention this was Hobbyco Sydney. I've heard they're at Rhodes too, but I can't back that up. Dr Lockdown on Twitter
*heaves a sigh because Australia is starting to get Wave 2 when I haven't even found all of Wave 1 yet* Hey,nice find,man. I'd love to see in-hand pictures of these two if you get the chance. Especially pictures of Deluxes or Scouts holding Pteraxadon. *winks*
It's a legit toy store... and a legit sighting, as I had a photo sent to me last night of Aimless from someone else. .
The annoying thing is... we are so late getting Siege in Australia most stores will start off with wave 2 and we might not get much, or any of wave 1... which has happened here before. .
As Griffin just said, the reason for this is because most major stores appear to have entirely skipped Wave 1. So far Wave 1 only appeared for the first time a couple of weeks ago at Toyworld, which is an expensive toy store and nowhere else... and they didn't even stock the Leaders or Micromasters!
Even though ive got Aimless and Pteraxadon Pre ordered through TFSource i might get another of each from Hobbyco
My main issues with Pteraxadon are the size of the wings/blades and the short handle. He doesn't feel like a proper axe. Also his Pteranadon mode has virtually no posability...come on Hasbro, when are we going to get a properly articulated version of this beast mode?! Dr Lockdown on Twitter
