If it was listed as new id try to contact seller and if that doesnt work contact ebay.

 

Whilst not a good sign being double taped does not instantly mean this was opened by the seller and resealed. This may indeed be the case but it is also possible that this was double taped at the factory. Spot QC check, a realization that batch xyz was missing something they could add real quick etc . Many reasons it could be double taped.

Also, you may want to change the language if making a claim, your claim can't be that it is second hand. Were I to sell you an MISB G1 figure it would technically still be second hand as I am not a store front. Rather your complaint should be you were sold used goods as if they were MISB. I'd hate if they were selling you used as new, for them to get off on a technicality!

 

It was definitely used before.
You can see it from the paint scratched off on his feet.
If his feet didn't had this, i won't have any problems with it.
When i transformed him to robot i was very careful with his feet. Opened the panels more then it should be so i won't scratch his feet.
And the box damaged is also a minus. I keep all the boxes. Some Hasbro's i throw away but not Takara's.
Takara boxes are way to nice to throw it away.
Still a nice figure.

This KO Rook that I didn't know was OS because it wasn't listed as such.

I have been patiently waiting for this for weeks and seeing this threw me into a rage.

Does anyone out there have a CW Rook they're trying to sell for less than $50, because I'm about to spend that much for one on Ebay.

I want that legends blitzwing but not 60-70 want because I have the sad Hasbro one with the hideous stickers that I first bought when I came back to collecting TFs a year and a half back not knowing Takara Legends existed in counterpart to Titans Returns.

If that paint can be fixed easily or isn't really an eyesore I would pay 45 for it. Nothing's broken right? The double taped box isn't a big deal for me because I'd open him up in a heartbeat. I also want that sweetass hand canon in megatron colors that he comes with.
