Bad news first: I got really upset today about a deal that went south a long while I was cleaning out the utility closet today (I stumbled across the 4 HUGE boxes of G.I. Joe stuff I had packed to sell to a friend who neglected to talk to me since January).

Good News: I've shot/edited a TON of photos this weekend that I'm pretty happy with (keep an eye on the customs forum this week  )

A BUNCH of my TFW2005 friends really chimed in today to remind me of the great friendships I've made on this board. Essentially, if you've posted in my customs threads and/or talked to me on im or my cell, THANK YOU.  

An Alt I traded for came in today too!

Hopefully Lisa (my wife) and I are going to the iMax tomorrow to watch Transformers!

A week from today TF comes out on DVD = fanboy w00tage!

Lisa and I have spent a good deal of great time together this week.

Highs - finally got my wife Shea to work out with me/cardio this week. Hope it stays consistent.

-almost done with the second part of my Master's thesis, and finals are this weekend.

-got to spend some much needed time with my Dad and brothers in a "guys weekend" last weekend in Jacksonville for the Bama game. They live in Tampa. We lost but we had a blast anyway.

-got another step forward in a new career, with a possible call back looming for an interview (Been with Marriott for ten years, since I was 18, time for a change!)

Lows-only one, really, and that is I am up every night til about two working on the second part of my Master's thesis... 

Oh, and they held the Birmingham mayoral elections today, and had less than a 25% voter turnout. Geez, we need change SO bad, but people don't vote.
