Fans Toys Sovereign (Galvatron): My first 3P purchase. I got hooked immediately and this is still one of my favorites.
Weijiang MPP10 (OS KO Optimus Prime): It was mind-blowingly good when I got it and still looks great.
Unique Toys Challenger (Knight Optimus Prime): I loved this so much I bought the 2nd run figure even though my first run didn't have any issues.

I've only had the Transform Element TE-01 Optimus for a few days, but I think it might end up on my GOAT list in the future. Of course, it's way too early right now for that.

My shortlist of what sticks out from what I own. I don't think these are necessarily the best at what they do, but they impressed me as figures for one reason or another.

These molds hit a fine balance of an all around good figure. Excellent playability, above par articulation, dead solid build, easy and fun transformation, great alt mode, interesting sculpt, good colors/paint, and fun accessories.

Planet X Genesis

Still holds up today as one of the first big bots from the third party scene. It made such a lopsided and stylized design work as an action figure in an era where unofficial stuff was hit and miss with materials and build quality.

Some people forget Transformers are also puzzle pieces and the transformation aspect often gets overlooked. These guys have some of the best and most interesting transformations in the business. I wished FP continued in this direction for their other F(X) releases but they sadly dropped the ball. UT deserves credit for making very clean movie style robots from solid vehicles with the inside-out transformation pattern.
