So, there are many enthusiasm designers/providers/sellers/solution have been trying to fix the issues. I appreciate all of your efforts. I would like to do a list to summarize them so that we have a quick reference and for those who don't bother to search the entire thread.

I hope the designers/providers/sellers right here don't mind me doing this. Let's we consumers do some unoffending and respect comparison/opinion here so that we have a choice to select our favorite products.

I'd recommend removing GCI's listing. While it's not him directly producing them, he's not an honest businessman and the price for his product is too high and he doesn't really deserve the business. There's an entire thread about him and how he operates. I've removed him from my post here, I'd kindly ask you do the same so he doesn't get undeserved business. Seriously, not someone who deserves your money.

I appreciate you making the list, gives people a chance to choose which upgrade they like best, and or mix/match (pretty certain my kits will interoperate with the Shadow of Silver knee braces)

Also there are difference scenarios being fixed...for example I accidentally stripped the connectors off my Cerebus, so an entirely new connector was needed.

I can't help but noticing I'm not very satisfy on him. Hence, I tried to improve if I could do before I get the upgrade kit of which.



A: I think TFC the original hands is too big for him. So, MP24 Star Saber is used in stead of them. Since I have KCF KP-09 articulation hands set for him, they are spare hands for doing replacement. I found Star Saber's original right hand is perfect fit to Gai-Hawk's connector. But pay attention to Star Saber's left hand's connector it is thicker than right hand's. Therefore, grinding is needed to fit the hole of Hellbat's connector.

B: After doing A, a thinner lance is needed. (Yes, the cartoon show is thinner.) I used the stick of cat toy and glued with the original's edges. By doing this you'll waste the original one and also the multi-nunchucks mode. However, I have DIY one and I'll show it how to do later.

C: Thighs are looks thicker. These parts are come from Drillhorn's back of legs.

D: After doing C, Drillhorn's the screen cover can be brought down and make the drill looks properly.

E: Temporarily, solution 1 of above post is used to make him stand firmly. But as I said I would have to get one of the upgrade kits later because he is my favorite character that I am willing to spend much more.

To each their own, but is your hands 3x smaller than your wrists and arm? Mine aren’t. Those hands you put on him make him look like has baby hand syndrome.

Also, the smaller weapon would look better in those tiny hands, as your picture shows - but but looks a little awkward in general - like he’s picking up a thin type of pole with some blades at the end; instead of a huge ass (transformable) lance.

Sorry if it seems like I am picking apart what you have done - nice pictures regardless! Just my opinion is all : )

 

... Sphinx and Downbeat find those hands perfectly okay for a mech of that size.

A couple of crossbow bolts might make a basis of a thinner staff for him.

I don't personally want to add stability to his knees - I want the connectors by passed completely with ratcheting parts that give him an inch or two extra height in the upper leg.

Repositioning his shoulders lower would be nice too. Perhaps the easiest way to deal with this is to make a whole new pants peice that replaces the hips, upper legs an goes right down to the knees & the old legs fold up behind him. That might help give him the wider legs he needs too.

Failing that just replace the buggy completely from the combination and slap in on his back mostly in vehicle mode.

Yeah, honestly, your pictures kinda show exactly what you were going for, and you did a good job.

 

A few years ago, I spent hundreds of dollars and these guys and... I wish I didn't. It's not a bad set, that's not it. It's just that I was such a big Victory fan at the time, I was SOOOOO EXCITED to see these character brought to life, and over the course of half a year bought each one, and now they just take up space in my room and I haven't transformed them in forever. I'd be willing to give them up for a price if anyone here wants them? I don't have all of the original boxes (I think I have four?) but I do have all the pieces. As much as I love Liokaiser, I just don't know what to DO with this thing anymore, and I want to get it out of my house and free up some shelf space for other, smaller, cheaper things.

 

Does anyone have any tips transforming the jet noses around onto the robot backs? Wrestling with guyhawk enough and it broke off on the spinning joint. It holds on by friction well enough but I don't want to break hellbat too
