    Pretty straightforward question.

Worst Transformers has to be The Last Knight I’m guessing.

The Last Knight will win this. For me it's ROTF.

    Overall, 1986.
    Live-action, TLK.

Revenge of the Fallen, hands down. I mean, so many things...Transformers who can be human: Um, transform into a cop and arrest Sam Witwicky, take him to Megatron BOOM DONE, and also become the President and take over the country, and if there are more "Pretenders" use them to take over the fucking planet. Seriously, you could have excised the whole Sam Is Chased By A Terminator subplot and you would have lost none of the story. In addition to that, if they had cut the robo balls, leg humping, the Twins, GIVE ME YOUR FACE RAWRRR, and the oogling T&A nonsense...it may have actually been a decent movie.

To be fair, I never saw The Last Knight. Also, Age of Extinction was pretty bad too, but only 75% ROTF bad.

Hmmm. I don't dislike any of them for what they are, and I think some of them are much better than given credit, but I'd pick The Last Knight, simply because it feels like it minimizes or ignores many of the concepts and threads from Age of Extinction.

To this point, I'm willing to accept the 1st trilogy (07-DOTM) despite how bad they really are, as guilty pleasures. but AOE will always be the worst and unwelcomed IMO

    YouTube (Legacy):
The Last Knight for sure. It took all the bad parts of the previous films, threw them all in here, and amplified it by a factor of 10.
    - Incomprehensible plot. Check.
    - More MacGuffins, yay. Check.
    - Transformers in Earth's history. Check.
    - Annoying characters. Check.
    - Megatron doing absolutely nothing. Check.
    - Unmemorable fight sequences. Check.
    - Optimus Prime and his obsession for taking heads. Check.

I know the ROTF has a reputation of being bad, but at least there were one or two redeeming factors such as the Forest Fight. There's nothing I like about TLK.

I never saw TLK because I was done with the bayverse at that point.

I have to ask was it THAT bad? Haha

It was, but what people here always neglect to mention, is that it's almost indistinguishable from AOE. Both were complete dog shit, but apparently because Lockdown was "kewwwl" or whatever, AOE somehow constantly gets a pass. In fact, I'll always be dismayed at how anyone can say they liked AOE yet somehow hated TLK. Story and character wise, I'd actually say AOE was arguably worse considering the amount of eye roll cheese of Wahlberg, his moron daughter and her knuckle dragging boyfriend, the so-called plot points, such unlikable new robot characters, the dumbfoundedly fucking stupidity of transformium aka a name that a 5 year old kid or Vin Diesel would come up with thinking it was "clever", the floating magic block bullshittery that replaced actual transformations, the nonsensical EVERYTHING, and a runtime that damn near felt like 5 hours.

That said, AOE and even TLK both look like friggin' Citizen Kane compared to ROTF. Nothing, ever, can be worse than that. Nearly a decade later and I'm STILL trying to regain the IQ points I lost watching that visual abortion of a "movie".

The Last Knight by far. Complete train wreck from start to finish.

Age of Extinction was terrible too but nowhere near as bad as The Last Knight.

RoTF was bad too but it had some great moments (Forrest fight first and foremost) in it so there were a few parts I actually liked.

Haven't seen TLK but Revenge of the Fallen.

'07, DOTM, and AOE I think are decent-ish Independence Day-like blockbusters but ROTF is some hot bloated trash even by the series' own standards.

The reason I honestly think TLK was so bad compared to everything before was the extreme lack of interesting fight sequences. Aoe is better not because the acting is better (it is actually worse in aoe) but because the transformers themselves are better characters in Age than in TLK, and the action is much better. Longer 1v1 fights like the highway chase/galvatron v optimus, then you have the dinobot charge, lockdown's suction scene, the assault carrier chicago fight, china battle, and lockdown's 1v1 with prime. What went on in TLK on the other hand, what? Some lackluster 30 second town battle, a 1 min fight between prime and bee, and a boring final with megatron getting one shotted as with quintessa. Again, it is very understandable that tlk is hated the most.

I'm going with The Last Knight. I thought I was prepared to watch it on streaming but my goodness there isn't a way to turn your brain enough for it. It's like the whole crew was eh doesn't matter as long as the check from Paramount doesn't bounce.

The Last Knight was a fucking abomination. I wish I could go back in time and prevent myself from wasting money on it in theaters.

AOE could be start of something new. What TLK did instead bring back unnecessary things from the past. So, TLK for me.
