    They probably mis-keyed it and should have made it $7.
    A while back I found Star Wars Black Series figures marked at $.01/each, so the mis-keying happens.

    Starscream sold in a flash, Hod Rod is warming shelves, while Devy and the Minibots never appeared on shelves.

    In fact, Walmart hasn't carried any significant stock of Transformers for a good, long while now.
