i hope Takara upsize this like they did to evasion prime with their Legendary Optimus Prime release

ANY chance someone is making a higher end figure for this Prime? I seriously want a masterpiece worthy one.

BTW. Have they shown what Prime’s Cybertron vehicle mode looks like?

That was cringe-worthy. Yikes. Great figure, inept performer. And this wasn't a review. It was a showcase, at best. There were no words, nothing was explained or critiqued... It's not a video review.

That grinds my gears so bad.

 

Hmm...it appears the smokestacks in the end credit scene are curved like this toy and his shoulders are blocky. The smokestacks are straight on the Cybertronian robot form and the bridge scene prop truck. So this toy may indeed be his on-screen earth form, especially since the Studio Series figures are made using the ILM cgi assets now. Also, taking into account how it takes a year to fully make a new toy, his finalized Earth form may have been ready a while ago.

Thursday February 28th, the last day in that month. Hmmm...If that's true then he's definitely a ToyFair 2019 (February 16th-19th) reveal. So they'll initiate sales for him after the hype built from ToyFair.

 

Why are they waiting for an event, they've announced figures over social media before right (I recall Prime Knock Out and the FOC combaticons being announced that way but I may be wrong), and we all know it exists, there are what 5,6 pictures roaming the Internet, and a review for Primus' sake! Why are they waiting?
Also, how long do we think it'll be until one 3rd party or another gives him a trailer?

 

This figure has got some Masterpiece-level engineering going on. I think it even does a lot of things better transformation-wise than the Masterpiece Optimus Primes we currently have. It’s also so refreshing to see Optimus’ truck mode without a pair of feet hanging off the back.

 

I’ve never had any interest in the movie toys, but seriously considering picking this up.

 

I think Hasbro put their heart into this one.

He looks amazing, but now I am spoiled I want the Bumblebee sequal to come out so I can get a Knight Ratchet, Ironhide, Wheeljack, etc.

 

Looking forward to seeing some custom paint jobs on this guy
